About Sufrin Group

Sufrin Group is a public real estate company engaged in the initiation, development, and management of residences, offices, commerce, and logistics projects. In all its facets, the group prides itself on the exceptional advantages that have enabled it to achieve excellence, success, and recognition in the real estate industry. With its strong, seasoned, and well-established brand, extensive in-house infrastructure, and ability to carry out complex projects, this company is growing rapidly.
An Important Component of Israel’s Real Estate Market
Sufrin Group was established in 2009. Its two most significant shareholders are Lion and Tsahi Sufrin, the sons of engineer Kalman Sufrin, the founder and former chairman of BSR and the pioneer of Israeli group purchasing organization. With all the projects it executes, the group brings to the table its experience in engineering, marketing, and project management. Sufrin Group brings a personal touch to every business initiative it embarks on. Apartment owners, purchasing group members, entrepreneurs, and land owners are treated like partners in everything the company does.

Financial Sustainability

There is a stable and solid financial backbone behind Sufrin Group, which trades on the stock exchange. Since its inception, Sufrin Group manages 36 projects worth approximately 12 billion NIS, including approximately 600,000 square meters of offices and commerce, approximately 6,500 residential housing units, and more than 111,000 square meters of logistics space. The company made a successful IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in November 2021, when it issued a quarter of its shares.

The Economy of Scale

Sufrin Group has designed and executed a substantial number of successful projects using the method of purchasing groups and entrepreneurship in the residential, office, commercial, and logistics areas, and pioneered the Technopark concept (registered trademark). The company also has extensive experience in promoting large-scale projects, independently and in partnership with other companies. Among its prominent collaborations, one can find the insurance company Menorah Mivathim, the Phoenix insurance company, Blue Square Real Estate, Big Commercial Centers, and many others.
