About Sufrin Group

Sufrin Group is a public real estate company engaged in development and management of residential, office, commercial, and logistics projects. With its strong, seasoned, and well-established brand, extensive in-house infrastructure, and ability to carry out complex projects, this company is growing rapidly.

One of the cornerstones of Israel’s Real Estate Market

Sufrin Group was established in 2009. Its two most significant shareholders are Lion and Tsahi Sufrin, the sons of engineer Kalman Sufrin, the founder and former chairman of BSR and the pioneer of Israeli group purchasing method. With all the projects it executes, the group brings to the table its vas experience in engineering, marketing, and project management. Sufrin Group brings a personal touch to every business initiative it embarks on. Home owners, purchasing group members, entrepreneurs, and land owners are all treated like partners - as a concept.

There is a stable and solid financial backbone behind Sufrin Group, which trades on Tel Aviv’s stock exchange. Since its inception, Sufrin Group manages 47 projects worth approximately 12 billion NIS, including approximately 9,900 residential condominium units, approximately 655,000 square meters of offices and commercial, and approximately 174,000 square meters of logistics space. The company made a successful IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in November 2021, when it issued a quarter of its shares to the public.
