Beyond the execution of the La Guardia project in Tel Aviv and the construction of 275 apartments in its framework, the company is leading several other large-scale projects in central Israel, and is expecting to build about 1,000 apartments annually over the next three years.

The main challenge that the company is facing is the full execution of the series of projects that it leads successfully and to the satisfaction of all of the involved parties.
What would you recommend an up and coming executive?
Two things: Accessibility and reliability.
The manager must be reachable by all of the residents in all of the projects where the company is involved, to know them and their needs. This is the key to success. Another thing is to be uncompromisingly reliable.
What should one remember during hardships?
At the end of the day, you are taking care of people whose home is everything they’ve got, and every person is a world by itself. It is important to remain thoughtful of this.
