About YBOX Real Estate

YBOX Real Estate is a public company that specializes in real estate investments and development. The group has a reputation and extensive experience, with over 20 years of experience in the Israeli construction market, in which it has established dozens of projects throughout Israel. All under a unique vision: a design that creates change.
YBOX’s projects stand out in the real estate market and are characterized by bold, creative and kicking architectural design which redefines the character of the entire public space. The company is meticulous about its exceptional investment in details, without compromising on the quality of construction and the standard of living, while truly partnering with the residents and the community.
In recent years, YBOX has been focusing and investing in the field of urban renewal – with the understanding that this is not just a real estate opportunity, but it is also a planning, a community and an urban mission. In contrast to the prevailing approach in which renewal projects are often built with great simplicity and giving up on long-term thinking, YBOX Brings to the field its standards in entrepreneurial projects and sees every building like this as an opportunity to renew the city at the highest level.
Since 2014, the company has been traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and is a group with significant financial strength with equity of about NIS 452 million and 5,120 housing units in various planning stages in different regions of the country. The company expects revenues of approximately NIS 6 billion, as well as income-producing properties, with an emphasis on offices and hotels in the scope of 41,000 square meters and at worth of about NIS 1.1 billion. All this positions YBOX as a leading real estate company in the Israeli market.

Strategic Partnerships

Part of the company’s growth momentum is done within the framework of strategic partnerships with the leading entities in the real estate market. In 2022, Fattal Holdings and Fattal Hotels became a significant partner in YBOX and hold about 10% of its shares, and in 2024 the Yitzhak Tshuva Group became a significant partner in the company and holds 10% of YBOX shares.
In 2025, YBOX acquired 50 of the shares of “Dimri in the city”, and thus Dimri and YBOX became partners in a company that specializes in urban renewal with about 1,467 new housing units in the Tel Aviv area in various stages of planning and execution, with expected revenues of approximately NIS 3.45 billion.

Life Shaping Construction

YBOX brings a fresh, unique creative approach that places architectural design at the center. The company believes that original and unexpected high-quality architecture is a real key to creating value for tenants for the community and the entire market and therefore collaborates with world-renowned architects and designers to in order to create a holistic, practical, well-designed and presence experience that is hard to ignore. The company makes sure to combine elements of sustainability, natural shading and green spaces while adapting the planning solutions to the needs of the residents and the local community.
