Yochelman Arabov Group (Y-GROUP) is considered one of the most prominent real estate companies in the local market, engaged in residential and income-producing real estate (offices, commercial centers, hotels etc.) and in the promotion of sizeable urban renewal complexes. The group was founded in 2013 by Zeev Yochelman, an advocate by education, a former senior official in the Ministry of Finance, lastly as senior assistant director general of the Tax Authority, responsible for implementing large-scale national projects worth billions of shekels. Zeev Yochelman, Founder and CEO

The group was established and is managed by Zeev Yochlman, an entrepreneur and businessman, a lawyer by profession and a bachelor’s and master’s degree holder in law from the Hebrew University. Yochelman was one of the founders of the Better Planet group - one of the largest renewable energy groups in the market, which has established and owned hundreds of large solar projects around the country. Beyond his entrepreneurial career, he continues his legal work as a judge, as part of his reserve service in the IDF and active in several organizations.

Notable Projects

Rakafot, Kfar Hitim - An urban project that is a, 18-building new neighborhood at the entrance to Tiberias and includes about 1,134 apartments and commercial centers of about 4,300 square meters and a 200-room hotel. The neighborhood is located adjacent to the prestigious settlement of Kfar Hitim and includes community infrastructure, and full planning. The project is in the permitting and planning stages. AGAM Boutique - A luxurious residential project with weekend condos and residential units overlooking the Sea of Galilei. The building will include 9 stories above ground and 82 residential units, among which are studio apartments, 2-3 bedroom apartments, garden apartments, mini penthouses and penthouses. The complex includes a gym, a large swimming pool, yoga studios, computers, treatments and large public spaces. The project is in licensing stages. Architect: Ilan Pivko, Law Office: Shibolet & Co.
Elizabeth Project - A luxurious hotels and residential complex which combines the preservation of an 80 rooms historic hotel, including a spa, an infinity pool and a restaurant, above which a 14-floor structure of 154 residential units will be constructed, overlooking a unique, breathtaking view of the Sea of Galilee. AGAM View – A luxurious residential complex focused on residential units and weekend apartments, offering a wide panoramic view of the Sea of Galilee. The building will consist of 9 above-ground floors and 144 residential units, including 2–3 room apartments, garden apartments, and penthouses. The complex features a fitness center, a large swimming pool, and extensive public areas for the benefit of the residents. The project is currently under construction. AGAM Residence – A luxury residential and commercial complex located on the first view line to Sea of Galilei. The building will include 11 floors above the commercial floor comprising of about 2300 sq. and includes 207 residential units consisting of 2-3 room apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses. The distinctive complex features a fitness center, infinity pool, cafes, and restaurants. The project has completed its marketing phase and is currently under construction. Architect: Eran Mebel.
MOMENTUM, the new high-tech complex, west of Hadera - An office, residential and commercial project located in the new complex at the western entrance of Hadera, adjacent to the mall in front of the beach. The project will cover an area of about 65,000 square meters which will be built in two phases - the first phase will include about 23,000 square meters and the second phase about 42,000 square meters. The complex combines offices, commerce, clinics, for the benefit of the area’s residents. The complex caters to high-tech companies, freelancers investors, doctors and clinics, etc. The project is in the permit and licensing stages.
AGAM Hotel - A 5-star 140-room hotel planned at the Sea of Galilee’s beach, near the new boardwalk in a unique, strategic location, and will include an infinity pool, a bar, a restaurant and conference rooms. The hotel is in planning stages. Architect: Packer Levin.
HRT Project - A prestigious residential and hotel complex, comprised of 300 apartments and a 300 rooms hotel, located in the southern part of the Sea of Galilee at the beach. The complex will include a gym, a swimming pool, a spa, a restaurant, and events and conference halls. The project will include residential and retreat areas. The project is in planning stages. The Rosh Ha’Ayn project - an office ,residential and commercial project located in the sought-after Psagot Afek neighborhood. The project will cover an area of about 15 thousand sq. m. in licensing stages.
