About Yossy Haezrachy Law Firm
Yossy Haezrachy Law Firm is a leading boutique litigation firm specializing in complex, large-scale commercial disputes, including matters with high media attention. The firm also specializes in class actions, derivative claims, and competition law. Founded in 2015 by Adv. Yossy Haezrachy, the firm has deliberately preserved its boutique character by limiting the number of matters handled at any given time. This approach ensures that every matter receives close personal attention and thorough strategic management while maintaining the highest professional standards.
Managing Large and Complex Cases with Direct Client Engagement
The firm’s strength lies in its ability to provide close client engagement while maintaining an in-depth understanding of every matter handled, as well as the capacity to manage disputes of the scale and complexity characteristic of top-tier law firms. The firm serves top-tier companies and prominent business leaders in Israel and abroad, drawn by its boutique structure and focused approach to each matter.
Boutique Efficiency and Strategic Agility
The vast majority of the firm’s cases are litigated against Israel’s largest law firms, and any attempt to leverage size is met with the efficiency, agility, and responsiveness characteristic of a boutique practice. For large-scale matters, the firm partners with leading law firms in Israel and abroad, while also handling complex international disputes and cross-border commercial litigation, which remains a central pillar of its practice.
Head of the Firm – Adv. Yossy Haezrachy
Adv. Yossy Haezrachy began gaining hands-on legal experience in his second year of law school, acquiring substantial practical experience even before starting his formal internship at Yehuda Ressler Law Firm. He subsequently practiced as an attorney at Ressler Law Firm and at Casuto-Nof Law Firm, where he developed extensive expertise in litigation, with a particular focus on commercial disputes.
Over a decade ago, he established his own firm. Today, situated in the heart of Tel Aviv, the firm sits attorneys working across complementary legal disciplines, enabling a full-service approach for clients in areas such as wills and estates, enduring powers of attorney, complex agreements, real estate matters, and related legal needs.
Adv. Haezrachy had an instrumental role in closing Israel’s binary options industry, representing numerous international clients in high-profile claims against domestic companies. Adv. Haezrachy lead some of the largest legal disputes in Israel, including Wolt’s monopoly complaint to the Antitrust Authority, Booking’s parity clauses, and more. He also served on the legal team behind the petition to the Israeli Supreme Court that successfully overturned the Tal Law in a landmark decision by then-Chief Justice Dorit Beinisch.
Raised and educated in Miami, Florida, Adv. Haezrachy is a native English speaker, an advantage that enables him to represent clients effectively in international arbitrations and proceedings conducted in English.
