What is a significant move you have recently done?
Our most significant cases are usually in the global field, and demand international cooperation with great international firms. One of the biggest Crypto cases heard in the United States, started with a short phone call with a  chinese Known Opinion Leader who lead a huge investment in an American based virtual currency project, but was blocked by the founders and couldn't transfer his tokens.

We collaborated with a New York law firm and a Zurich law firm and after many legal maneuvers were able to discover the identity of the founders – 2 partners,( 19 and  55 years old men which founded one of the largest projects in the USA) who founded the project and sat on billions of dollars worth of tokens – once we closed down on their identities, we quickly mediated the case, and closed it favorably for the client.

What are the significant strengths of the company to you?
We retain intersting and lucrative cases by default. We do not take on more cases then we can handle and each case receives 100% of our attention.  We are in the smallest details of the case and  act and react faster than any other firm. We are able to tailor the strategy to match the targets of the client, and with some divine help, talent, and great desire, meet the client's goals.

What are the central moves that were recently done, and would lead to the company strengthening in the years to come?
The firm's aim is to stay "boutique" – although the legal firm market is always kean on size and number of lawyers - our attitude is different: Complete independence and no weights which demand a flow of incoming cases. We take on strictly challenging and intersting cases, and represent clients we enjoy representing. The way we deal with the challenge of handling cases against huge firms is our system of teaming up with specific firms in each mega case. This system allows us to partner with top tier lawyers who specialize in the legal field suited for each case.

What are the main challenges of the company in the next few years?
AI will work in our favor and  eliminate any size advantage large firms currently have due to vast manpower.

What are your recommendations for a manager at the beginning of his path?
If you don't enter your office on the first day of the week with a smile; If you don't enter your office after a long vacation with a smile; then you're not doing what you were meant to do – pivot, find something else.

What is important to remember, even in hard times?
There is a solution to every problem. Find the best place to land, take a deep breath, and find the solution. For me, my place to land is without a doubt, my home and family - Maya, Amit, Itay, and Hilly.
