Commercial Litigation Forum 2021
The forum, led by Ariel Schreiber and Efrat Segev and moderated by Doron Herman, CEO of Safe School, presenter of the legal program in News 13, was held with the participation of the heads of the leading firms in the field in Israel.In the forum we held a fascinating discussion on some of the key issues in the field, such as: The old world of regulations and failures the system has created and the new solution of regulations that curtail the freedom of expression of lawyers, as well as, arbitration and harm to the public, the 'brain drain' trend for high-tech and other issues.
