Labor Law Forum 2021
The forum, led by Ariel Schreiber and Efrat Segev and moderated by Doron Herman, CEO of Safe School, presenter of the legal program in News 13, was held with the participation of the heads of the leading firms in the field in Israel.
In the forum we had a fascinating discussion on some of the key issues in the field, such as: the implications of the corona on the labor market and employer-employee relations, the lack of clear legislation in the face of sanctions on workers who are unwilling to get vaccinated or do not adhere to the "green mark"? Of Elazar Stern and the drastic upward trend in sexual harassment in the workplace, the hearing procedures during dismissals - whether for or against, the "recruitment madness" in high-tech, key reforms required to protect workers in Israel, and other issues.
