Duns 100 Forum White Collar and Criminal Law 2021
The forum, led by Ariel Schreiber and Efrat Segev and moderated by Doron Herman, presenter of the legal program on Network 13, was held with the participation of the heads of the leading firms in the field in Israel.In the forum, we held a fascinating discussion on some of the key issues in the field, such as: media involvement in legal proceedings, "field trials" in the media and the disproportionate harm to suspects, the sexual harassment case of Shai Avital, the underdog's sense of representation An injustice on their part, the law on the collection of illegal evidence and the bill of the Minister of Justice Gideon Saar on the disqualification of evidence, the criticism of the State Attorney's Office for the length of time in handling cases and other issues.
