Duns 100 Law Forum 2019

This morning, for the first time, we held Dun's 100 litigation forum on insolvency, commercial litigation, banking and finance and, Defamation Law.

The forum, led by Ariel Schreiber, vice president of sales, marketing and service, Efrat Segev, vice president of business development and moderated by Adrian Filut, a micro correspondent at Calcalist, was attended by 24 leading Israeli firms.

Immediately following Ariel's opening remarks, Efrat presented the participants with an overview of the Israeli law industry and the trends in it.

In the framework of the forum, we dealt with a variety of issues, such as the lawyers' protest, why there are a minority of women, female lawyers in commercial litigation in particular, and senior partners in the large offices in general, the danger in anonymous social media publications, litigation in tenders, the importance of regulation in business in various fields, International insolvency in the new law, and other subjects.
