Urban Renewal Forum, 2017
On Nov 20th 2017 we held the first DUN'S 100 Urban Renewal Forum in Israel.
The forum was led by Yehuda Sabag, Dun & Bradstreet's Executive Vice President, and Ariel Schreiber, Dun & Bradstreet's VP Sales, Marketing and Service Division, and hosted by Uri Hudi, Globe's real-estate correspondent, was held with the participation of leading Israeli real-estate executives and law firms.
The forum included a presentation by Tzah Berki, Dun & Bradstreet's VP Data & Research and Chief Economist, who presented a review of the sector.
The discussion engaged in current topics pertaining the Israeli urban renewal sector, such as: will its current status allow meeting the state of Israel's goals for this sector? Will legislative changes have a positive or negative effect on this sector? Will the current decrease in sales of new apartments will have an impact on this sector? What needs to be done in order for a project to progress quicker? What is the weakest link in the chain? As well as relevant other topics.
