What recent key move did you lead?
The key move that I lead in all of the cases that I manage is striving to significantly shorten the dispute period by presenting the legal reality and the best option that the client has, in order to set him/her on a new and beneficial path as quickly and efficiently as possible. It is always important to me to clarify the legal situation to the clients, as well as the process' risks and chances, in order to act clearly, to prevent dispute escalations and to walk on solid ground, while shortening the duration of the legal proceedings.
What are the firm’s strongest attributes?
Our rational utilization of legal tools, effective lawyering, and personal strength and integrity, which enable the clients to feel that they have a strong back and someone to trust. The firm's practice is supported by its longstanding experience, which helps it to accurately and professionally map the legal situation for each client, thus mitigating risks and shortening the process. Another strength is complete discreetness in the firm's work for its clients, while providing professional legal support in courts of all levels, including the family courts, the rabbinical courts, and the magistrate, district and Supreme courts.
Which of the firm’s recent key moves will lead to it becoming stronger over the next few years?
The experience that I accumulated and the professional expertise in the civil commercial practice area would support the strengthening of the firm, because the family law field is extremely diverse and includes prominent commercial elements, beyond the commonplace issues of divorce agreements and visitation arrangements.
The focus of the firm on civil-commercial aspects, in light of my professional experience in this practice area, creates a significant advantage in these cases, and helps solve, through the creativity that stems from in-depth knowledge, complex family crises in large properties cases.
What are the main challenges facing the firm in the next few years?
To preserve the quality of our work, despite the increase in the number of cases and employees. Recently, the firm has been benefitting from a growth momentum, but it's important to us to maintain our character as a boutique firm which provides clients with the personal and devoted service that they are used to. This, since family law handles the very lives of people, and full attention must be provided for each and every client, as they handle the crisis periods of their lives.
What would you recommend an up-and-coming executive?
I would always recommend to act in accordance with the values that guide me at all times, persistence, determination and professionalism – these were the milestones that outlined the beginning of my journey and I adhere to them to this very day.
What should one remember during hardships?
During challenging times, it is important that you do not lose your faith in yourself and in your capabilities, and that you continue on your path without losing your integrity and professionalism. To my clients, who I encounter during hardships, I am always attentive with maximal sensitivity, and provide them with stability during this challenging period, in order to give them the assurance to cross to the other side and embark on a new journey.
