The company started as part of its parent company, Barzilai Group, a contracting company with more than 60 years of experience. Bazelet Israel accompanies the projects from start to finish, from the acquisition of the land or signing the rights owner on the Pinui-Binui agreement, through obtaining the required permits and approvals, planning the building, construction execution and up to receiving the Form 4 (Occupancy Permit) and populating the apartments. Bazelet Israel has an impressive level of financial strength and it selects its projects carefully and meticulously. Furthermore, the company is renowned for its creative solutions which enable it to overcome unexpected engineering, permits and planning challenges that arise during the renewal and construction processes.

Adv. Noam Cohen, CEO & Co-Owner - Noam started his professional career as a project manager, and to this very day, after more than a decade of field work, he is excited over and over again every time an old building gets demolished in preparation for a renewal process.
Major (res.) Sahar Mini, CEO & Co-Owner and VP Execution - Sahar is responsible for all of the company’s operational aspects: working with and alongside the contractors and professionals, facilitating the relations with the residents and landowners throughout the project and in any bureaucratic or practical junction.
