What is a significant move you have recently made?

When I joined the company, I set some goals to build a strong team under me, establish effective work methodologies, and create synergy between all company departments and the engineering department. Today, I feel that the first step has been completed, and I am ready for the next steps.

What are the significant strengths of the company to you?

In my view, significant strengths involve attention to detail. Every project we plan undergoes scrutiny to ensure the building is executed to the highest standards, from system planning to public spaces and to the apartments themselves, which are meticulously designed to best suit the buyers.

Furthermore, our company's execution arm has been in existence for 50 years, working with experienced and professional teams across all fields, enabling us to achieve excellent performance levels.

Another significant strength is our personal approach to buyers. We place great emphasis on ensuring every buyer is satisfied and receives a product of the highest quality. It's not by chance that during my short time here, I've seen returning customers purchasing more than one apartment and bringing family and friends to also buy.

What are the central moves that were recently made, and would lead to the company's strengthening in the years to come?

The company is gaining more projects, with a primary focus on Tel Aviv, which in my view, is the best city in the world. As it seems, Tel Aviv will continue to rise in demand, and consequently, the company will grow and strengthen as well.

What are the main challenges of the company in the next few years?

The rapidly changing political climate directly impacts the real estate market as a whole and our company specifically. The challenges we face begin with selling apartments during difficult times such as wars and military operations and continue with shortages in manpower and land resources.

What are your recommendations for a manager at the beginning of his career?

Listening to the people around you.

What is important to remember even during hardships?

Remembering that also difficult periods are temporary.
