About Capital Gold
Capital Gold is a leading Jerusalem real estate entrepreneurial company who is considered a symbol of quality and luxury. Hundreds of housing units, luxurious residential, business and commercial complexes that the company has planned and built over the years throughout the city of Jerusalem are a testament to its achievements, strength and prominence in the real estate industry in the capital city. Capital Gold was founded in 2006 by the three partners Israel Bornstein, Avraham Gottesman and Elazar Elyakim and it focuses on urban renewal activities in Jerusalem and its surroundings. The company’s owners own real estate properties in Jerusalem and in Zurich, Switzerland - both in the form of rental housing units (hundreds of housing units in Jerusalem and hundreds of additional housing units in Zurich), and in the form of commercial spaces for rent. These properties provide the company with broad financial backing, and in practice, most of the projects in the field of urban renewal are executed using equity capital only, which gives great peace of mind to the customers while providing a maximum safety net at every stage of the project.
The City Center in Prime Locations in Jerusalem
Capital Gold is committed to the values of professionalism and quality and is constantly on top of the latest and most advanced construction trends in the world. The company offers its customers a complete and tight envelope of architectural planning and meticulous design to their full satisfaction and beyond. To date, the company is promoting dozens of urban renewal projects while demonstrating financial strength. The company’s renewal projects are located in prime locations in the center of Jerusalem. The company has extensive operational experience and not only entrepreneurial experience, which is reflected in its ability to carry out complex engineering projects and projects that require the preservation of parts of the renewing buildings.
One of the Pioneers of Urban Renewal in Jerusalem
The company has been operating in the field of urban renewal in Jerusalem since 2012. To date, the company has successfully delivered dozens of Tama 38/1 projects (reinforcement and construction) and 38/2 projects (demolition and construction), and as of today, it focuses on large-scale projects in the Pinui-Binui track. The experience of Capital Gold’s customers is not limited to the external appearances of the projects, rather, it is an overall experience from the close accompaniment and signing to the delivery time and the meticulous finishes in the apartments themselves.
Focus on Quality rather than Quantity
As a strategic decision, the company’s managers determined that Capital Gold would enter only in projects in which its main strengths can be expressed - quality and luxury. Therefore, the company advances in prime locations and in specific buildings where it can emphasize the highest levels of performance, the highest quality finishes and the richest internal specifications. All of these have led to Capital Gold’s projects becoming a role model and serving as a standard of quality and design.
The People of Jerusalem
Capital Gold operates only in Jerusalem and its environs. Gottesman and Elyakim testify that they live and breathe the city, and as deep-rooted Jerusalemites, they see the renewal of the city as a real mission.
