Leading Urban Renewal Projects

Beitar Sela, Hadera – The largest evacuation and reconstruction (Pinui-Binui) project in the Sharon region. Developed in partnership with Rothstein and Perkash Group, the project will include 1,452 residential units in the Sela-Beitar complex. Located between the city entrance and its center, adjacent to the railway station, the complex spans 47 dunams and will feature 13 towers of up to 40 stories, 26,000 sq.m. of office and commercial space, 6,300 sq.m. of open public areas, and 8,300 sq.m. of public facilities. The project recently received a building permit.

Rachel Rabin, Givatayim – An evacuation and reconstruction (Pinui-Binui) project located in one of Israel’s most desirable areas, opposite Azrieli Mall in Givatayim. The project includes 236 residential units in two 20-story towers designed by Yasky Mor Sivan Architects and architect Yoav Teshuva.

Los Angeles Complex, Eilat – An evacuation and reconstruction (Pinui-Binui) project located at the intersection of Los Angeles Street, Sinai Street, and Moav Alley. The complex is among the largest currently being advanced in the resort city. The plan includes approximately 660 residential units in seven mixed-use buildings, incorporating commercial and public spaces for the benefit of residents.

Hatotchanim Complex, Holon – An evacuation and reconstruction (Pinui-Binui) project being advanced under the Authorities Track, located near the Ayalon Highway in the renewing Tel Giborim neighborhood. The plan includes two towers of 33 to 40 stories integrated with commercial and office space.

D Complex, Lod – An evacuation and reconstruction (Pinui-Binui) project located between Shlomo HaMelech, Einstein, and D’Israeli Streets in Lod. Under the plan, 70 existing apartments will be demolished and replaced with 259 new residential units in two buildings, including a tower of more than 20 stories and a mid-rise building. The apartment mix includes 3 to 6-room apartments, garden apartments, and penthouses. Commercial and office space will also be incorporated into the project.

Rambam, Hadera – A large-scale development project comprising 1,000 residential units in approximately five 40-story residential towers, 5,000 sq.m. of income-generating commercial space, and 15,000 sq.m. of office space, alongside public buildings and a park.

David HaMelech, Netanya – An urban renewal project located opposite the seafront in Netanya. The project includes 148 residential units and an internal courtyard for residents’ enjoyment.

Kriniki HaZeitim, Ramat Gan – A luxury urban renewal project in a prime location. Designed by Yakobovitch-Brown Architects, the project includes 73 residential units in two luxury 10-story buildings.

San Martin, Jerusalem – A large-scale project comprising a quality residential complex with approximately 400 new residential units integrated with parks and public buildings. The complex is located in the Katamon neighborhood of Jerusalem.

Ben Tabai, Jerusalem – A prestigious urban renewal project comprising approximately 250 residential units in Jerusalem’s historic Katamon neighborhood. This large-scale development offers a premium residential experience in the heart of Jerusalem, integrated with public buildings and commercial facilities. 

Selected Completed Projects of Dan Group

17 Arlozorov Tower, Tel Aviv – One of the most impressive projects built in Tel Aviv. This residential tower rises to a height of 113 meters and 29 stories and includes 117 residential units. The apartments were sold at record prices, with transactions totaling hundreds of millions of shekels. Since its completion, 17 Arlozorov 17, designed by architect Moshe Tzur, has received both national and international recognition and awards from CTBUH (the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat).

Pisgat Dan Tower, Ramat Gan – Located on Jabotinsky Road in the heart of Ramat Gan, near Park HaYarkon and the light rail. This luxury residential tower rises 40 stories and includes 193 apartments alongside a 2,000 sq.m. commercial center. Designed by MYS Architects, the tower was developed as a mixed-use complex combining residential and commercial uses, the first of its kind in the area.

LYFE BBC Project, Bnei Brak – A project developed in partnership with Ashtrom Properties, spanning approximately 16 dunams. The project includes two office towers totaling 110,000 sq.m. of employment space (36 and 41 stories) and a third tower designated for rental use, whose construction is scheduled to begin soon. The tower will rise to approximately 44 stories and comprise approximately 80,000 sq.m. of space.
