DNUR specializes in promoting, planning and executing large-scale urban renewal projects. The company is currently managing about 35 projects in Israel’s most sought-after cities, with a total of about 13,000 new apartments at heart of high-demand and emerging urban areas including Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Holon, Herzliya, Lod, Hadera and more.
DNUR is also active in the city of Jerusalem, where it is advancing the planning and execution of about 3,000 additional apartments in 10 major complexes, as part of a massive urban renewal process of the capital city, that combines deep understanding of the residents’ needs with a long-term sustainable urban planning vision.

Leading Urban Renewal Projects
Beitar Sela, Hadera – A mega-Pinui-Binui project and DNUR’s flagship project. In collaboration with Rothstein Ltd. and Farkash Group, 1,452 apartments would be built in the Sela-Beitar complex which is located between the city’s entrance and its center, near the railway station. The complex covers 47 dunams and would include fourteen towers of up to 40 stories each, 26,000 sq.m. of office and commerce spaces, 6,300 sq.m. of open spaces and 8,300 sq.m. of public facilities. The project recently obtained a construction permit.
Rachel Rabin, Givatayim – A Pinui-Binui project in one of Israel’s most sought-after area, in front of the Azrieli Mall in Givatayim. The project includes 236 apartments in two 20-story towers, planned by the leading architecture firm MYS and arch. Yoav Tshuva.
L.A. Complex, Eilat – at the corner of Los Angeles St. and Eilat St., one of the largest Pinui-Binui complexes in this resort city. About 620 apartments are planned in seven mixed-use buildings with commerce and public areas to the benefit of the residents.
HaTot’hanim Complex, Holon – A Pinui-Binui project promoted under the authorities channel, located near Ayalon Highway in the renewing neighborhood of Tel Giborim. Two 33-40-story towers are planned, including commerce and office spaces.
D Complex, Lod – A Pinui-Binui project between the streets of King Solomon, Einstein and D’Israeli. The plan includes the demolition of 70 old apartments and the reconstruction of 259 new apartments in two buildings, a tower with more than 20 stories and a mid-rise high-density building . Diverse apartments mix with 3-6-room, garden and penthouse apartments. The project would also include commerce and employment spaces.
Rambam, Hadera – A large-scale Pinui-Binui project with 1,000 apartments in about five 40 story towers, 5,000 sq.m. of yielding properties and 15,000 sq.m. of offices, alongside public buildings and a park.
King David, Netanya – a seaside urban renewal project with 148 apartments and an inner yard for the benefit of the residents.
Karnitsi HaZeitim, Ramat Gan – Upscale urban renewal project in a prime location, planned by architect Shimi Yaacobi with 73 apartments in two 10-story luxury buildings.
San Martin, Jerusalem – A large-scale complex with about 400 new apartments, parks and public buildings, in the Katamon neighborhood.
Ben Tabay, Jerusalem – an upscale urban renewal projects with about 250 apartments in the Old Katamon neighborhood. A large-scale project offering a luxury residential experience at the heart of Jerusalem with public and commerce spaces.
Notable Populated Projects of Dan Group
17 Arlozorov Tower, Tel Aviv – one of the most remarkable projects developed in Tel Aviv in recent years. A 113-meter residential tower with 29 stories and 117 apartments. The higher apartments were sold at record prices amounting to NIS hundreds of millions. Since its inauguration, the tower, which was planned by Arch. Moshe Zur, received national and internation nal recognition and won prizes of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.
Pisgat Dan Tower, Ramat Gan – A project on Jabotinsky Rd., at the heart of Ramat Gan, near HaYarkon Park and the light rail. This is a 40-story upscale residential tower with 193 apartments and an adjacent 2,000-sq.m commerce center, planned by MYS Architects as the area’s first mixed-use complex.
LYFE, The BBC Complex Bnei Brak – In cooperation with Ashtrom Properties, a project covering 16 dunams, with two towers (36 and 41 stories) with 110,000 sq.m. of office space. A third 44-story tower is scheduled to begin construction soon (80,000 sq.m.).
