EBN accompanies developers from the land acquisition stage through managing and coordinating the planning, permits processing, managing contractual agreements and execution supervision up to delivery and occupancy. The services also cover the post-construction inspection year. The company acts as the client’s engineering arm and as a single point of contact for managing the project from start to finish, with an emphasis on engineering value, budget monitoring and timetables compliance. The company’s organizational structure enables offering cross-company solutions in parallel with the ongoing project management operations. The Chief Engineer and Chief Planning Officer provide cross-organizational support to the project managers, planning coordinators and field supervisors, through ongoing planning control meetings and technologies, professional forums, seminars, round tables and diverse think tanks. The company follows a structured and well-defined methodology in all its operations. It conducts meticulous operations research and debriefing, aiming for constant improvement. Structured procedures are implemented into all of its projects, including risk monitoring and prevention procedures which are implemented into the project already in the planning stage, based on previous similar projects that the company managed. The company uses unique and customized project management software. Technological adaptation enables the company to manage planning, permitting, and construction supervision processes in a methodical, structured, and consistent manner. Some of the prominent features that were developed for the company include an end-to-end planning management methodology, from early planning to final detailed plan, simultaneously with permits proceedings and controls. EBN manages particularly complex projects in the residential, commerce, and office building segments, among others, handling numerous planning, statutory and operational challenges such as land pollution, groundwater etc., with creative solutions that take into account the needs of the developer, the budget, the schedule and the regulatory requirements.

In the residential segment, the company boasts the construction management and occupation of tens of thousands of apartments for a wide range of end customers – from managing 7 upscale complexes for various developers in Sde Dov, Tel Aviv, to tens of thousands of apartments in urban renewal initiatives across Israel. 

Notable Residential Projects

  • Hundreds of apartments in dozens of residential buildings in 7 different lots in the Sde Dov Complex in Tel Aviv.
  • 5-23 Rosh Pina, Holon – An urban renewal project with 838 apartments, and commerce and public areas.
  • Eli Cohen Complex, Ein HaYam, Hadera – A Pinui-Binui project with about 1,300 apartments, and commercial, offices and public areas.
  • Azrieli Glil Yam – Building a rental residential complex with 150 apartments and commerce areas.
  • Tkuma Complex, Kfar Saba – a phased project where 294 existing apartments would be demolished and 1,680 new apartments would be built in 14 buildings.
  • Herzliya Hills Residences – a mix-use complex with 600 apartments and sports center, developed by Azorim and Ofer Investments.

In commercial and offices segments, the company managed the development of projects amounting to hundreds of thousands of square meters across Israel, including mega-commercial-centers. 

Notable Commercial and Office Building  Projects

Shoham Commercial Center – the development of Shoham’s largest commerciale and offices center, with an above-ground area of about 65,000 sq.m.

Ofer Mall, Yavne – An open commercial center, and an office building with an area of about 40,000 sq.m. above underground parking.

Champion Motors, Rishon LeZion – An office campus with a single turnkey building with an area of about 17,000 sq.m., to serve as the new headquarters of Champion Motors, with commercial units and showrooms of the group’s brands.

Global Complex, Petach Tikva – 3 towers with about 190,000 sq.m. of office area and a commercial floor, and 60,000, 4 stories underground area.

Herzliya Hills Offices – an enormous and unique office building with 65,000 sq.m. of built areas. 9 stories of offices above 5 basement stories.

Melisron Nof HaGalil – adding 21,000 sq.m. of commercial and office areas to the existing shopping center.
