Enav 360, Kfar Saba
A prestigious urban renewal project in the Sharon region, featuring 1,068 residential units across 14 buildings. Each tower includes a luxurious lobby, fitness room, workspace, and spacious residential areas. Conveniently located near the Nordau train station, the new Kfar Saba park, and the G complex, this project is currently under construction.
Enav Village, Kiryat Ono
This renewal project includes four elegantly designed towers, each 16 stories high, with approximately 255 luxurious residential units. The development offers garden apartments with large private yards, high-standard penthouses, green spaces, a resident club, fitness room, and shared workspaces.
Enav NEW, Ramat Gan
Situated in the serene Neve Yehoshua neighborhood, this renewal project comprises three 21-story residential towers with about 240 housing units. The four buildings are partially connected and will include shared ser-vices for the entire complex, a semi-Olympic swimming pool, a gym, a shared work area, a children’s club, and a large shared lobby for all residents that will include 24/7 security. Ein HaYam, Hadera
A luxurious residential complex on the seafront, including commercial areas and a central park. This project will establish a new neighborhood with buildings ranging from 9 to 37 stories high, totaling approximately 1,300 residential units. Recanati, Tel Aviv
A collaboration with Ashdar from Ashtrom Group, this project features three 18-story towers with 198 housing units. Lo-cated in the upscale neighborhood of Ramat Aviv Gimmel, the development includes luxury apartments, penthouses, and mini-penthouses. This project has been successfully completed and occupied.
Neve Monosson, Yehud
One of the largest and oldest renewal projects, it comprises 670 residential units across 10 buildings in the pastoral Neve Monosson neighborhood. The project has been successfully completed and is now fully occupied.
