The company’s CEO and owner is Efi Katz, a real estate entrepreneur with decades of experience during which he has advanced dozens of diverse and complex projects. Katz is considered one of the pioneers of Israel’s urban renewal sector and has led Enav for more than 20 years. The company has amassed an extensive project portfolio, including approximately 2,000 residential units currently under construction. Highlighted Projects

Enav 360, Kfar Saba: Considered the largest and most prestigious residential complex in the Sharon region. The project will include approximately 1,068 residential units across 14 buildings ranging from 9 to 28 stories in height. Each tower will feature a luxurious lobby, fitness center, coworking space, spacious resident lounge, and additional shared amenities. The project offers a wide variety of luxury residences, from three-bedroom apartments to penthouses with private pools. It is located near the Nordau railway station, the new Kfar Saba Park, and the G shopping complex. Under Construction.

Enav Village, Kiryat Ono: The project includes four architecturally designed 16-story towers comprising approximately 255 residential units with spacious and luxurious layouts. The residential mix ranges from two- to six-room apartments, including garden apartments with large private yards and high-end single-level penthouses. Enav NEW, Ramat Gan: Situated in the serene Neve Yehoshua neighborhood, this renewal project comprises three 21-story residential towers with about 240 housing units. The towers feature private fitness rooms, shared workspaces, and event and conference rooms. Located near major traffic arteries and the light rail system, this project is currently in execution.
Sdera HaOmanut, Yehud-Monsson: A unique project located in eastern Yehud-Monosson featuring four 14-story towers and approximately 271 residential units, offering a modern and luxurious living experience. The development includes a resident lounge in every building, two fully equipped fitness centers, and a shared workspace. Sderat HaOmanut is more than a residential project; it is a living gallery featuring designed seating areas, sculptures, street art, and a dedicated music and creative arts room. The project forms part of a large-scale urban renewal complex being developed in phases by Enav and will ultimately include more than 1,060 residential units.

La Guardia, Tel Aviv: A luxury residential complex comprising 288 residential units across two towers rising approximately 30 stories, with two 8-story buildings above a commercial frontage. The four structures are partially connected and will offer shared amenities for all residents, including a semi-Olympic swimming pool, fitness center, coworking space, children’s club, and a large shared lobby with 24/7 security services. Ein HaYam, Hadera: A luxury residential complex located on the seafront, incorporating commercial space and a central park for residents. The project will create a new neighborhood featuring a diverse mix of buildings ranging from nine-story structures to towers reaching 37 stories.
In total, the company will construct 13 buildings comprising approximately 1,300 residential units. Residents will enjoy breathtaking sea views, a green central park, restaurants, and cafés. Preparing for Construction.

Recanati, Tel Aviv: An urban renewal project comprising three 18-story towers with 198 residential units. Located in the prestigious Ramat Aviv Gimmel neighborhood adjacent to green open spaces, the project includes four-, five-, and six-room apartments, as well as penthouses and mini-penthouses.
The project has been successfully completed and occupied.

Neve Monosson, Yehud: An urban renewal project developed in partnership with Ashdar, part of the Ashtrom Group, and considered one of the largest and longest-standing projects of its kind to reach completion. Located in the heart of the pastoral Neve Monosson neighborhood, the development includes 670 residential units across 10 sixteen-story buildings. The project has been successfully completed and occupied.
