Alongside Ezra, the group is headed by Adv. Israel Bach, who has an extensive legal background in the practice areas of real estate, planning and zoning with an emphasis on urban renewal, and Saul Goldberg who serves as the group’s Urban Renewal CEO, and has vast experience in managing companies, business development and a broad economic perspective. Golden Israel is initiating urban renewal projects with an emphasis on Pinui-Binui. The group has projects at varying planning stages, including in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Beit Shemesh, Ashdod, Migdal HaEmek and more, amounting to about 10,000 future apartments alongside commerce spaces and public buildings.
The Group’s activities revolve around the residents, with full transparency and uncompromising quality across all of the projects’ stages. The promotion and planning of Pinui-Binui projects is highly challenging and requires careful attention along-side the understanding the needs of the residents throughout the journey. Pinui-Binui Project - HaNarkis, Beit Shemesh: 486 existing apartments, about 3,500 planned. A new neighborhood in Old Beit Shemesh, while integrating commerce areas alongside education institutes such as daycare centers, kindergartens and green parks that meet the needs of the project’s residents. The project’s is groundbreaking in the scale of the planning and execution of Pinui-Binui projects.

Pinui-Binui Project - Ben Eliezer, Beit Shemesh: 97 existing apartments, about 600 planned. Located in the city’s designated renewal area. The housing prices in this neighborhood are rising. The planning is characterized by a multitude of public and green areas.

Pinui-Binui Project - Eliezer Kashani, Jerusalem: 36 existing apartments, about 200 planned. In the framework of improving the living and environmental quality alongside with responding to the housing crisis and the growth of the young population in the city, the neighborhood of Armon HaNatziv is attracting young couples and numerous investments due to the potential of the numerous projects which are being promoted in it, with Golden Israel being one of the leading companies in this neighborhood.

Pinui-Binui Project - Ramat Yizrael, Migdal HaEmek: 82 existing apartments, about 800 planned.
