An Executive Team that Serves as the Company’s Backbone

Dor Hadad, VP, Business Development - Dor is responsible for finding and facilitating transactions and projects. He has vast experience as an appraiser and an economist who worked in leading companies before joining the company.
Ran Goldstein, CFO and VP, Risk - Ran is a lawyer and an accountant who brings to the table longstanding experience in both the civil service and real estate credit ranking companies.
Rubi Yaakov, VP, Engineering - Rubi graduated from the faculty of civil engineering in the university of Ariel and he oversees the company’s engineering and execution functions.
Gal Friedman, Head of Urban Renewal - Gal is a certified real estate appraiser who manages all of the company’s urban renewal operations – Tama 38 and Pinui-Binui.

Selected Projects –Development

Tech Mode, Modi’in -The company’s flagship project, an iconic commerce and offices project in the Modi’in Technological Park. In the framework of this project, the company will build 88,000 sq.m. of commerce and office spaces. Stage A of the project is currently under construction.
Omer House, Hod HaSharon - a commerce and offices project with an area of about 11,000 sq.m. at the center of Hod HaSharon, on the Ramatayim main street, built in collaboration with Tidhar Ltd. This project is occupied by reputable tenants, including Bank Leumi and FIBI.
Rehasim - a project of about 100 apartments in this ultra-orthodox city in the Haifa District.

Urban Renewal

The company aims to expand its urban renewal project portfolio, with an emphasis on Pinui-Binui projects at the centers of selected cities. The company has several active projects in central Israel, in Hod HaSharon and Ramat Gan, while the majority of its operations are concentrated in northern Israel. Selected urban renewal projects include: 2 towers in Ramat Gan where 120 apartments would be built; Additional projects in Hod HaSharon with a total of 400 apartments; A project in Ramim, Karmiel, where about 275 apartments would be built; a project at the heart of Kiryat Haim which is expected to include about 180 apartments; and two projects in Kiryat Ata. The company also has several Tama 38/2 projects in Tel Aviv, Yafo and Haifa.
