Current Projects Underway
In 2024 the group launched construction on seven projects throughout Jerusalem. These include the redevelopment of two buildings in the Greek Colony neighborhood just steps from cultural landmarks like HaMesila Park, the Jerusalem Theater, and local cafés highlighting the city’s potential for vibrant, integrated urban living.
Future Projects in Planning
Herzl Boulevard, Jerusalem – The group is advancing a cluster of urban renewal initiatives across more than 15 dunams along the Jerusalem light rail route. The area spans from Denya Square (98–100 Herzl Blvd. and 4 HaArazim St.), continuing through 92–94 Herzl Blvd., extending to Rachel HaMeshoreret St., 76 Herzl Blvd., and 7 Degania St.
The comprehensive plan includes a mixed-use development that integrates residential units, employment spaces, and commercial areas. High-rise towers are planned along Herzl Boulevard, while lower-scale buildings that align with the surrounding urban fabric will be constructed along the inner streets. The plan emphasizes walkability, internal connectivity, and accessibility, with architectural coherence across the various structures to create a cohesive and balanced urban environment.
