The company is considered to be one of the pioneers of the urban renewal segment, and one of the first companies that executed urban renewal projects in Jerusalem. Over the years, the company populated numerous Tama 38/1 and Tama 38/2 projects to the satisfaction of the residents, and it currently focuses on Pinui-Binui projects – large-scale urban renewal complexes.

Notable Projects in Planning

Herzl Av., Jerusalem – The group is promoting urban renewal in a cluster of projects on an area of more than 15 dunams along the Jerusalem light rail track. They start in the Denya Square on the corner of 98-100 Herzl and 4 HaArazim, continue along 92-94 Herzl Av. In combination with buildings on Rachel HaMeshoreret St. and up 76 Herzl and 7 Degania St. The complex plan includes an extensive mixed-use that combines residences, employment and commerce, with towers along Herzl St. and buildings that match the neighborhood’s texture in the back street. Great attention is given to the connectivity and accessibility inside the complex. The architectural language of each building harmonizes with the others and connects the various buildings as a whole which is greater than the sum of its parts.
