What recent key move did you lead?
I surrounded myself with a few layers from different practice areas that interface with family law (real estate, companies, civil-commercial law etc.) which enable the firm to provide a broad holistic solution for my clients in cases with legal and commercial complexities.

What are the firm’s strongest attributes?
A boutique firm, that carefully maintains the personal attention and high availability for each and every client. A combination of compassion, emotional containment, devotion and empathy on the one hand, and uncompromising professionalism, meticulous attention to details, broad knowledge and longstanding experience (24 years) on the other hand.
The firm puts a special emphasis on the attempt to resolve disputes through compromises, whether if through mediations or through out-of-court negotiations. However, when necessary, the firm knows how to properly manage struggles in the legal tribunals.

Which of the firm’s recent key moves will lead to it becoming stronger over the next few years?
Expanding the firm's team by hiring another professional lawyer in order to maintain, improve and upgrade the level and quality of service that we provide to our clients.

What are the main challenges facing the firm in the next few years?
To continue and increase the number of satisfied clients of the firm, to continue and lead the firm's clients to solutions that are optimal for them, both through the management of proceedings in courts, and through mediations. To continue and manage complex and challenging cases all while providing fair and optimal service that is personally customized to the circumstances, requirements and wishes of each client.

What would you recommend an up and coming executive?
Actively participate in professional training, deepen your knowledge and always keep abreast of law and ruling amendments. Alongside this: don't be afraid to make creative and innovative claims and to try and make legal precedents.

What should one remember during hardships?
Since my clients usually come to the firm during challenging periods in their lives, there is a mantra that I take care to impart to them that says "there is no failure-only feedback for growth" – handling challenges is a natural part of our growth process. Take your "mistakes" and "failures" and replace them with opportunities. This was you'll learn how to do things better next time.
In addition, the higher our aspirations, the more challenges we would face. However, with consistency, determination, integrity and fairness we shall overcome them!
