About Oz Real Estate
Oz Real Estate is a leading construction development and contracting company (contractor classification of C4) which specializes in promoting and executing urban renewal projects (NOP 38/2 and Evacuation and Reconstruction complexes). The company has been active for about 11 years and is distinct in the devoted support that it provides to any apartment owner and buyer starting from the first meeting and up to the delivery of the apartment key and afterwards. In fact, the relationship between the company and the customers is unmediated, direct and without any intermediaries. The team takes care of the company’s customers personally and accompany them across the entire process. The project’s marketing is done directly by the company and not through external marketing companies, in order to prevent baseless marketing promises. Furthermore, apartment owners and buyers who wish to make changes in their apartments aren’t directed to the execution contractor, rather to the company’s architectural planning department. Thus, the customers always have a single point of contact that is responsible for everything.
An Expansion Trend
Oz Real Estate has the proven capability to lead all of the participants in the complex urban renewal process with determination until its conclusion. The right and professional management shortens the project’s timetables significantly and provides apartment owners with a pleasant experience on their way to a new home. All of the company’s projects are accompanied by Real estate sector (main management) at Bank HaPo’alim and while the company has been focusing mainly on the city of Ramat Gan, recently it has been in an expansion trend with several large-scale Pinui-Binui and NOP 38 projects both in Ramat Gan and in Tel Aviv.
The Company’s Executive Team
The company was conceived as a collaboration between Nir Einan and Yogev Haddad. Nir served for 15 years as an associate and partner in a leading real estate law firm, where he accompanied initiators and residents, became familiar with the ins-and-outs of the real estate field and understood the points where the market needed a change. Yogev holds a legal degree and a business degree, and arrived from the business sector, having managed a big retail company, among others. Yogev believes that there is room for a more fair and appropriate conduct in the construction world, and thus the strong bond between them was created. Over the years, Nir and Yogev’s vision to establish a “different” urban renewal company, became a reality, owing to the fair and transparent conduct, and efforts beyond the markets’ norm, the attention to every little detail and the leading of projects with determination, accurately and attentively.
