The ability to provide its clients with comprehensive solutions tailored to their needs, its professional team of employees, and its ability to lead complex processes both from the managerial and the engineering aspects. 

What recent key moves will lead to the company growing stronger over the next few years?
Establishing strong teams and hiring leading professionals to its ranks, along with young team members, laying solid foundations and building their knowledge and expertise adapted to the company’s spirit. 

What will you recommend to an up-and-coming executive?
To me, a good manager is a professional first, one that holds vast knowledge and fully understands the job and the field. He is the one you reach out to during a crisis and as such he must maintain his professional expertise and profound understanding of project management, planning, and every aspect of the execution process in order to lead his team to the proper solutions that best meet the needs of the project, the clients, and the company.

What should one remember during hardships?
Times of struggle are only temporary, but what we work hard for will last long after us. Our projects and the structures we build are much bigger and hold greater significance than we do, and through them we leave our mark on this country and its people for decades to come. The outcome of our hard work is building this land and improving its citizens’ quality of life.
