About Ram-Mograbi-Arditi
Ram-Mograbi-Arditi has been building in Tel Aviv since 1919, and currently operates in the old and new north of Tel Aviv and the heart of the historic city, as part of urban renewal projects. Buildings are characterized by attention to detail and quality. The project portfolio includes locations that offer unique qualities - many are located on street corners, in front of gardens, and provide apartments with a sense of space and privacy. They are designed according to principles that ensure an optimal living experience, such as maximizing light and air access, maximizing planning flexibility, and constructing conventional below-ground parking lots. Furthermore, working with first-class suppliers enables excellent finishing levels. Suppliers are carefully selected both for the quality and variety of their products as well as for their service consciousness. Throughout all stages of a project, the company provides high-quality service to apartment owners and buyers, using a project management system that makes sure that current and timely information is shared, while offering a personal touch. The company is headed by Eng. Yosef Melamed, owner of the construction company Ram Engineering, real estate entrepreneur Yigal Mograbi, who has been operating in Tel Aviv for more than 40 years, and Eng. Eddie Arditi, one of the controlling owners of Neocity and NAIRDA, which operate abroad, and the real estate entrepreneur Elad Shmerling. In 2022, the Menora Mivtachim Group, one of the five largest insurance and financial groups, invested in the company and is currently one of its owners. Along with the experience in development, the company has a contractor division with an unlimited contractor classification (C5) in residential construction. Ram Engineering carries out projects for the Tel Aviv Municipality, and specializes in construction in a dense urban environment and the groundwater environment required for projects in the city. Its activities are characterized by precise management and the use of advanced technologies, and participates in the works of the Light Rail. The accumulated engineering knowledge helps the company teams and subcontractors to deal with various constraints in the best possible way. Company activities include extensive work in the field of Pinui Binui under its subsidiary RMA. As of the third quarter of the year 2025, RMA is promoting various complexes in Petah Tikva, Holon, Ramat Gan, and more, with a scope of about 6,000 housing units. RMA’s activities are led by Eng. Kobi Arditi, one of the company’s owners. Ram-Mograbi-Arditi company, operates in the central area and brings with it high capabilities in a planning-urban vision, an in depth understanding of the processes of urban renewal and of the factors that produce a vibrant urban center, and their integration into projects and neighborhoods. The company carefully selects the locations in which it operates and focuses on projects adjacent to the Light Rail route and metro lines, understanding the potential inherent in accessible and efficient transportation and its impact on quality of life. The company emphasizes the quality of service it provides its customers and constantly works to improve it.
Company Management
Elad Shmerling, Co-Owner, and CEO - Bachelor of Business Administration from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya), with extensive experience in business development, management and execution of complex projects in the commercial field. In 2013, he founded Ram-Bair in partnership with Ram-Engineering. In his role, he initiates and manages projects in the field of urban renewal in the center, with an emphasis on Tel Aviv. Adv. Assaf Mograbi, Co-Owner, and CEO - He holds a bachelor’s degree in law with honors and a master’s degree in finance from the University of London. He specialized and worked in two of the largest law firms in Israel, served as a personal assistant to the chairman of a group of companies in the field of real estate and hotels, and as director of the capital market and investor relations. In 2011 he joined the Mograbi Group and has since been active in the real estate field. Assaf is a fourth-generation real estate developer in Tel Aviv. Engineer Kobi Arditi, Managing Partner - Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSC) with honors from the Technion, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with honors from Tel Aviv University and studied for an MRE in Real Estate at the Technion. He served as senior project manager and head of division in the Air Force and later served as co-CEO of a residential real estate development company in several countries in Europe and Asia. He also recruited and manages a real estate investment fund in Eastern Europe. Besides his activities abroad, he is active in the Israeli real estate market in together with the Mograbi family.
Selected Projects
Nowadays, the company executes and markets about fifteen projects at different stages in downtown Tel Aviv, in addition to dozens of more projects that the company is advancing through licensing procedures. Such as, on Helsinki Street, which starts on Jabotinsky St. and ends on Arlozorov St., the company plans and builds 4 different projects.
The wide street enables accessibility for the city’s entrances together with proximity to the developing area of Kikar HaMedina, the light rail stations, the developing Arlozorov Street and the Tel Aviv Museum complex. The entire area is surrounded by hidden gardens, including the magical “Hagat Garden”. All projects are characterized by exceptional planning qualities, and offer apartments with optimal references, maximum design flexibility, excellent specifications, and an underground parking lot with regular parking spaces - for maximum comfort.
15 Helsinki was designed by Zait Lev Architects and is currently under construction. The population is scheduled for 2027. 13 Helsinki was designed by Zait Lev Architects and is currently under advanced licensing stages. The building is expected to be populated at the beginning of 2028. The project offers a variety of 3 and 4 rooms apartments all enjoying a green view of HaGat Garden. 22 Helsinki is a corner building that benefits from two facades and in which Maoz Price Architects designed a variety of apartments, most of which face one of the two facades. 249 Dizengoff, Tel Aviv In the heart of the old north, within walking distance of the Independence Garden, Mezizim Beach and Tel Aviv Port, a unique building with spacious 3 and 4 room apartments. 64 Moshe Sharet and the corner of Akiva Arie, Tel Aviv, the corner building is a short walking distance from Kikar HaMedina and borders with Shikun Tzameret, the location of the building gives the apartments facing the front an open view over the roofs of the private houses of Tzameret as well as to the luxury towers of Tzameret Park. The project is in advanced licensing procedures and is scheduled for demolition at the endof 2025. The project’s apartments are particularly large and suitable for families.

17 Modigliani, Tel Aviv - a 7-floors building immersed in a green environment with 20 apartments. 4 Shilo, Tel Aviv - a 7-floors corner building with 21 apartments that enjoys two fronts open into a quiet street. 228 Dizengoff, Tel Aviv - in the heart of the old north, a 6-floors building with 13 apartments above a commercial floor. 3 Modigliani, Tel Aviv - a 7-floors building in the heart of the painters’ district with 21 apartments. 20 Yehezkel, Tel Aviv - a 6-floors boutique building, near Yarkon Park and the Tel Aviv Beach, with 12 spacious apartments. 19 Fierberg, Tel Aviv - a conservation project that includes the addition of two new floors and an automatic parking lot. The project includes 11 unique apartments above a commercial floor. 6-8, 10-12, Yuval Naaman, Tel Aviv - two spacious projects in the new Lamed neighborhood. Each project has about 50 apartments. 2-4-6-8 Stimatsky, Tel Aviv - a project in the new Ramat Aviv with 184 apartments in five impressive buildings with gorgeous beaches.
