What recent key move did you lead?
The recent period is a very challenging time in every aspect, the whole world is experiencing a pandemic, and it harms the economy without sparing also the Israeli economy. I feel stronger than ever that my own role and the responsibility of my firm in the highly-sensitive field in which we work, is to try and lead my clients and everyone who consults me, first thing to take a deep breath and try to reach a dialogue and understanding – even temporary, in a time that is so complex from so many aspects. I am glad that in many cases I was able to convince the parties to turn down the heat and join forces in order to overcome the challenge, and I am certain that also after the Corona crisis would pass these parties would find it much easier to overcome the disagreements they had before the crisis.
What are the company’s strongest attributes?
As in any team-based establishment, our strongest attribute is our team, the people comprising the team that works with me complement each other. Both my associates and the regular team of professional advisors that I work with, in the framework of the legal support for my clients, are first and foremost a high-quality, cohesive and professional team, which always tries to reach creative solutions together, to think outside of the box and to achieve the best results for our clients. Only thoughtfulness, professionalism, the reviewing of the right strategy and in-depth analysis of the scenarios we face are the key to succeeding for our clients.
What are the main challenges facing the company in the next few years?
To cope with a world with a mad (exponential) rate of change, to expand the efficient and smart use of technologies and the digital world without losing the touch and the human understanding which lies at the heart of family law, in my opinion.
What would you recommend an up and coming executive?
Uphold your values, learn from your mistakes, be persistent and most of all, work hard, there is no substitute for this.
What should one remember during hardships?
Your values, your way, believe in your way and continue to work hard because the coldest hour is always the one before the dawn.
