About Shponder & Fadlon Group
Shponder & Fadlon Group
Shponder&Fadlon is one of the leading groups in the field of development and construction in Israel. The group consists of two strong divisions, whose roots are planted in the early 1970s: a development division and an executive-contractor division.
From the beginning of a project to its completion and delivery to the buyer, the company provides a complete package of initiation, planning, and construction services. The company’s extensive resume includes tens of thousands of square meters of residential, office and commercial buildings and mixed-use complexes. In addition, it holds an unlimited contractor classification (C5).
The connection between the two companies, Shponder and Fadlon, is the story of two seasoned contractor families from the Even-Yehuda settlement, who have teamed up over the years to accomplish a common business vision. In the early 2000s, members of the second generation took the reins into their own hands and led both companies to significant growth, each in its own field.
Taking the necessary step in 2013, they united the two thriving companies into one. As a result, they created a strong, powerful and leading group that presents a solid financial backing alongside decades of professionalism and expertise in the various fields of real estate. In 2023, the group parted ways with the legendary execution company Fadlon for construction, amid the growth of an independent execution arm for the group.
Fadlon, one of the oldest contractors in Israel, brought with it decades of expertise in projects with engineering complexity, and a broad resume. Shponder, one of the leading real estate companies in the Sharon area, brought its many years of experience in large-scale real estate projects.
The joint path of the members of the second generation to Shponder Fadlon is characterized by a solid and controlled growth of projects of increasing scope, from residential construction through office buildings to complex mixed-use projects. Over the years, its areas of expertise have expanded to land acquisition and improvement, changes in zoning and expanding building rights.

Fadlon Group
The Fadlon Group is a senior family-based construction company. The Group began operations in the 1970s and was headed by Herzl Fadlon. Over time, the next generation, Roy and Ido Fadlon, took over and propelled the Group to new heights in the construction field.
The Group holds the “unlimited” contractor classification, has solid financial backing with its professionalism and expertise tested over decades of work in various real estate fields. The Group has carried out many projects with an engineering complexity that combines knowledge and advanced technological capabilities.
The Group’s experience in the public sector includes the construction of hospitals, hotels, country and leisure complexes, and student dormitories. The Group has constructed many buildings in the residential construction sector, from boutique buildings to luxurious towers, all alongside thriving business centers and mixed-use projects.
Until 2023, the team also operated in executing entrepreneurial projects. Following that, with the growth of its independent execution arm within the Shponder & Fadlon entrepreneurial group, the Fadlon Group continued to focus on executing projects in the public sector and those with high engineering complexity.
The Group keeps up to date with the newest technologies in construction and works with the most advanced systems for project management and quality control. Substantial resources are invested in improving the quality of service to buyers, and the Group maintains direct contact with them. The Group’s customers enjoy the best, most profitable, and high-quality product, with the highest level of finish and excellent service provided from one address, which can be contacted at any stage and for any issue.
As contractor and entrepreneur, the Group’s guiding value is the connection between the entrepreneurial arm and the executive arm and the combination of both under one roof, in perfect dynamics, giving the Group planning flexibility that streamlines the process and upgrades the final product in every parameter: from size, and the exceptional standard of quality and luxury to meticulous adherence to deadlines.
The Group is one of the few whose services are concentrated under one roof, under a uniform management concept. From the financial department, tenant changes to the inspection department through the project coordination and planning department. Leading architects and professionals manage all projects. This is the reason for the Group’s impressive growth over time.
