What recent key move did you lead?
Following an expansion in our firm's operations, we moved into new offices in the Eshel Building, near the Haifa Courthouse. The new offices, which include cutting-edge technology, enable us to provide service of an extremely high level of quality and professionalism to the firm's clients.
What are the company’s strongest attributes?
Our firm specializes in representing local and international companies. We expanded the range of services that we are able to offer to our clients, and nowadays we can offer services in a variety of practice areas, including labor law, commercial law, commercial agreements and transactions, litigation, billing enforcement and real estate.
Our firm utilizes unique managerial knowledge in order to improve our performance both inside the organization and in the provision of services to our clients.
What are the main challenges facing the company in the next few years?
To continue and grow despite the challenges that the current reality presents.
What would you recommend an up-and-coming executive?
To continue and learn, from both the managerial and the professional aspects. Executives who believe that they know everything and have nothing more to learn, won't be able to lead to the growth of their organizations over the long term.
