Which significant move did you recently lead
Since 2004, I have been publicly promoting equality in parenting and child support. I lectured in Knesset meetings, organized and lectured in conventions including several times in the Israeli Bar, wrote many articles which were published in various media outlets, diverse legal websites, the Ministry of Education’s website and more. I did a lot to promote the field over the years and supported the great change in the courts’ rulings on these issues, including a precedent ruling on joint custody.

What are the firm strengths?
Winning the great majority of the cases, the ability to combine the extensive experience and knowledge in the fields of psychology and law, the high strategic and legal capabilities, the compassion and caring, the integrity and fairness, the ability to mediate, reduce the tension between the parties and reach fair agreements for the clients.

Which recent major moves would strengthen the firm over the next few years?
The hiring of Adv. Or Finkelstein to the firm’s staff, expansion of the practice areas, expansion of the operations’ location and taking on new challenges, in unison with further specialization in the existing practice areas and winning related cases, and an emphasis on a mediation solution before opening proceedings.

What would be the firm’s main challenges in the next few years?
To lead to the desired social change and continue to gain experience, knowledge and victories for the benefit of our clients, to continue and support the children’s’ interests as the firm’s main goal.

What would you recommend a manager at the beginning of their path?
Listen, listen and listen, read, learn and try and gain in-depth legal knowledge. Never forget that we our only human and express this in your conduct with every person.

What should one remember also in difficult periods?
Learn, gain deeper and more advanced knowledge, evolve into new practice areas and don't remain stagnant. After every difficult period, there is always a period of very hard work. For us, it’s also important to remember that the firm is an important firm and its work in the deepening and the implementation of gender equality in Israel, an issue that we also bring to the courts, is beyond just making a living – it is a social mission which assists many children who need our help.
