About Atrium Group
Atrium Group specializes in residential real estate development in Israel and abroad, and is considered as one of Israel’s leading boutique companies in the urban renewal field. These days, the group is promoting over 25 projects with about 1,000 apartments, of which 6 projects are in various stages of execution amounting to about 200 apartments and additional 700 units under execution in various projects around Europe. During 2023, the group completed and delivered 220 residential units. The group’s local activities include initiation and development of NOP 38 projects as well as evacuation and reconstruction projects across Gush Dan and the Central Region.
Atrium Group was established in 1999 and over the years has developed an extensive real estate activity in Europe and USA, which includes development of residential and commercial projects. In this framework the group completed projects amounting to over 1,500 apartments along with the development of shopping centers amounting to over 130,000 sqm of rental space and owned income producing residential real estate in New York and the Midwest in the USA.
In 2015, the group has begun operating in Israel and its activity is growing ever since, headed by professionals who possess decades of accumulated experience. All aspects of the activity are aimed at maximizing quality without compromises. The group benefits from financial stability and from the vast experience of the partners in the fields of planning, design, management, construction and financing of large-scale projects.
The Management
Michael Israeli, CEO and Founding Partner - A valued real estate developer with an extensive experience of over 20 years. Michael is a trained architect, a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Technion. Over the years he founded several companies which operate abroad, including ATRIUM CENTERS - for commercial real estate development in Europe, Atrium Residence - which deals with residential real estate and income producing properties in the USA and Vibe Properties, which develops exclusive residential projects in Eastern Europe.
Tom Zmira, VP and Partner - An entrepreneur with over ten years of extensive experience in the fields of project management, execution, licensing and permitting, business development, handling authorities and owners. A graduate of civil engineering studies at Shenkar and a certified project manager at the Technion. Tom is a vice president and a partner in Atrium group and leads in it many diverse projects in the field of urban renewal in Tel Aviv and in central Israel.
Yael Argaman, Founding Partner and the group’s Architect - A trained architect, a graduate of Cardiff University, having over 20 years of experience. The founder and the leader of Casiopea Group - an international architectural design firm, which has been active since 2001 and is one of Atrium’s group companies. Under her leadership, Casiopea designed and completed dozens of commercial centers, mixed-use projects - including offices and hotels - and residential projects in the scope of over 20,000 apartments, while operating in many countries such as Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia, and Greece, and has been cooperation with leading Israeli and European companies such as Ashstrom, BIG, Mivne, Plaza Centers, Red Sea Hotels, Africa Israel, Shikun & Binui, Solel Boneh and others.

Based on Atrium Group principles, apartments’ owners are partners in the urban renewal process. As a result, the group has developed a strong sense of service to the community. The management team, including the CEO and VP, is available to the apartments’ owners and owners while understanding and being sensitive to their needs.

Selected Projects
YAPI Complex, Jaffa - During 2024 the company began the implementation for the first phase of a large-scale urban renewal project in Jaffa, the combines demolition and rebuilding plan and in the strengthening and addition plan, at Hinanit, Pa’amonit, Kehilat Canada and Gal’init streets. The project includes a complex of nine buildings, with a scope of approximately 356 housing units. This project is carried out in partnership with the Amram Avraham company.
61-69 Moshe Sharet, Azor (The Tower on the Park) - A Pinui-Binui project, in which the company will vacate a housing complex from the 1960s that consists of 36 existing housing units and instead a prestigious tower with 25 floors above ground and 116 housing units will be raised. Currently, the project is in in urban planning stages.
13 Mania Ve Yisrael St, North Tel Aviv - NOP project 38/1, in The project is in advanced building stages and its completion is expected in 2024. The project is situated in Ramat Aviv neighborhood in which 2.5 floors will be added to the existing building, including 10 new apartments (8 luxury apartments of 5 rooms and 2 penthouses).
41 Bazel, Tel Aviv - NOP project 38/2. The project is situated in the heart of quarter 3, in the “Old North” neighborhood of Tel Aviv, in which an existing 4 floors, 15 housing units building will be demolished, and a building of 6.5 floors and 24 units will be built.
13 Shtruk, Tel Aviv - NOP project 38/2. The project is situated in the heart of quarter 4, in the “Old North” neighborhood of Tel Aviv, in which an existing 4 floors, 13 housing units building will be demolished, and a building of 7.5 floors and 23 units will be built.
30 King David, Tel Aviv - NOP 38/2 Project. The project is situated in the heart of District 4 in the “New North” neighborhood of Tel Aviv. As part of the project, an existing 4-story building with 8 residential units will be demolished, and a new 7.5-story building with 21 housing units will be constructed.
2 Golomb, Herzliya – This NOP 38/2 project is located close to the ICD Herzliya and will include the demolition of the existing 4 floors and 12 apartments building, that will be replaced by a 7.5 floors and 28 apartments building.
