“51 PARK, Shchakim”, Herzliya – An iconic, groundbreaking development project comprising 646 residential units in the new and highly sought-after Kiryat Shchakim neighborhood in Herzliya. The project features two prestigious 51-story towers, alongside a boulevard of retail shops, cafés, and high-quality leisure venues, creating an exceptional residential experience. The project was designed by Yashar Architects, one of Israel’s leading and most prominent architectural firms.
“Aviv in Giv’atayim” – The largest urban renewal project in Giv’atayim, replacing 519 housing units with 11 high-rise towers (of a total planned 19) of 24–35 floors, offering 1,500 new apartments. Designed by MYS (Moore Yaski Sivan) Architects with public spaces by renowned designer Daniel Hasson, including a residents’ lounge, fitness and yoga rooms, wine room for events, cinema, co-working areas, rooftop terrace, children’s play areas, and even a pet grooming station.
“SEA AVIV” Shirat HaYam, Netanya – Two striking beachfront towers of 15–16 floors with curtain walls and 125 premium apartments overlooking the sea. Designed by Kika–Braz Architects, the project creates a luxury residential resort environment with indulgent public spaces, designed by known designer Daniel Hasson.
“Aviv in Ma’oz Aviv”, Tel Aviv – A boutique urban renewal project in one of Tel Aviv’s most desirable neighborhoods, replacing 96 units with 260 modern, eco-friendly apartments designed by Barely Levitzky Kassif Architects while preserving the unique character of the area.
“Aviv in Reading 31/33”, Tel Aviv – A modern renewal development in prestigious Green Ramat Aviv neighborhood featuring two five-story boutique buildings designed by Muhlbauer Architects, comprising 84 new apartments including penthouses in a serene setting.
“Aviv in Hamakor”, Ramat Gan – A 16-story tower with 72 apartments in the heart of Nahalat Ganim neighborhood, near Yarkon Park and major transportation routes. Designed by architect Anat Eylon with a diverse mix of three- to six-room apartments and luxury penthouses.
“Aviv in Hafetz Haim”, Tel Aviv – Two nine-story boutique buildings with 63 new apartments including mini-penthouses and duplexes in charming Nahalat Yitzhak neighborhood, designed by Frank Rimok Reich Architects.
Flagship Projects
“Ahimeir”, Tel Aviv – A 19-story landmark tower in Ramat Aviv Gimel neighborhood designed by Yashar Architects, featuring 64 luxury apartments, a retail boulevard, outdoor pool, spa, and more. The project was completed in 2024, the project won first place at the international CTBUH Awards for best urban tower under 100 meters.
“Sde Dov”, Tel Aviv – A newly acquired prime seafront development site spanning approx. 6 dunams, planned for 320 residential units, 3,800 sqm of office space, and 1,000 sqm of retail.

“Tabenkin 34–38”, Tel Aviv – Two boutique buildings with 117 new apartments designed by Muhlbauer Architectsin the desirable Revivim neighborhood.
“Yefet 173/183”, Tel Aviv–Jaffa – Redevelopment of 97 units into 261 new apartments plus retail space in an innovative mid-rise complex.
“HaRa’a–HaGat–Ben Gurion”, Ramat Gan – Demolition of 65 units to create approx. 319 new apartments in a 35-story tower and 10-story mid-rise with retail boulevard.
“Sokolov 4,6,8 and Savion 10,12”, Ramat Gan – Redevelopment of 84 units into two 30-story towers comprising 101 apartments plus retail space.
“Ma’ale HaSho’eva, Tikva”, Ramat Gan – Redevelopment of 48 units into a 35-story luxury tower with approx. 144 apartments and 400 meters of retail promenade.
