End to End Initiation, Management and Execution
BROSH GROUP operates through two main divisions—initiation and execution—that work together to provide end-to-end project support, from planning to completion and beyond. Initially focused on engineering design and project execution across sectors like commerce, hospitality, healthcare, and housing, the group has built over 500,000 sq.m. in 200+ projects, including landmarks like Petah Tikva Mall, Assuta Hospital in Ashdod, and Prima hotels.Today, BROSH GROUP specializes in residential development in central Israel, leveraging its public-sector expertise. They lead urban renewal efforts, including pinui-binui, NOP 38, and combination deals, with projects in Tel Aviv, Ramat HaSharon, Herzliya, and other prime areas.
