End to End Initiation, Management, and Execution
Brosh Group operates through two main divisions: the initiation division and the execution division. These divisions work seamlessly together, providing clients peace of mind throughout the process, from initiation and planning to execution, completion, and post-project support.
In their early years, the group focused on engineering design and execution of diverse projects, spanning commerce, hotels, public buildings, hospitals, offices, residences, assisted living, malls, and more. With an impressive portfolio that includes notable projects like the Petah Tikva mall, Assuta Hospital in Ashdod, and Prima hotels in central Israel, they’ve constructed over 500,000 sq.m. in more than 200 projects.
Brosh Group’s primary focus is initiating residential projects in central Israel, drawing on their extensive experience in the institutional and public sectors. They actively promote urban renewal projects, demolition and construction (pinui-binui), NOP38 initiatives, and combination transactions. The group spearheads residential projects in Tel Aviv, Ramat HaSharon, Herzliya, and other highly desirable locations.
