Initially focused on engineering design and project execution across sectors like commerce, hospitality, healthcare, and housing, the group has built over 500,000 sq.m. in 200+ projects, including landmarks like Petah Tikva Mall, Assuta Hospital in Ashdod, and Prima hotels.Today, BROSH GROUP specializes in residential development in central Israel, leveraging its public-sector expertise. They lead urban renewal efforts, including pinui-binui, NOP 38, and combination deals, with projects in Tel Aviv, Ramat HaSharon, Herzliya, and other prime areas.
