What recent key move did you lead?
Leading a trend of gender equality and fairness in family proceedings through the establishment of the Equality and Fairness in Family Law Committee of the Central District of the Israeli Bar Association, facilitating discussion and fertile discourse between lawyers and family judges, police representatives, academics and social organizations. The committee’s discussion raised legislation initiatives in these topics and even an idea to set an ethical code of conduct for family lawyers. All in order to distill the voice of lawyers in this field, improve our image and express the spirit of fairness and equality in family law as an agenda we believe in.

Which of the firm’s recent key moves will lead to it becoming stronger over the next few years?
Cases managed in the firm in recent years focus on proceedings that relate to owners of properties, assets and companies or their relatives, in everything that concerns family disputes, divorce, inheritance, planning and arranging intergenerational wealth transfer, family mediation before intergenerational wealth transfers.
Over the past year, the firm’s lawyers were certified by the Ministry of Justice and The General Administrator, in cooperation with the Israeli Bar Association, to prepare lasting power of attorney and Expression of Willingness documents.
The firm espouses community service and the management of pro bono cases.
What are the main challenges facing the firm in the next few years?
To manage complex and challenging family proceedings, whether if through mediations or negotiations or through legal proceedings, fairly and professionally with a personal care for each client.
To develop and increase the number of clients who require the firm’s extensive knowledge and experience in adjacent fields: companies’ law, real-estate and banks, in matters that relate to family law.
To support and counsel as many clients (who are at challenging family junctions) as possible, in a containing, professional and personal fashion.
To continue and entrench the fair discourse and non-defamatory/disgracing behavior in family proceedings among family lawyers.
What would you recommend an up and coming executive?
Mark your goal or dream, far as it may be, and untiringly work to achieve with full faith in its possibility. Don’t listen to background noises and ignore the faithless you would meet along the way. If you will adhere to the values of integrity, fairness, modesty and faith, you would find that everything is within your reach.
What should one remember during hardships?
The higher you aim, the more challenges and obstacles you would meet along the way, through faith, integrity, determination and fairness you can handle and overcome them.
