About Porat Group
Porat Group is a leading and experienced real estate and investment group specializing in developing, accompanying, and promoting projects in the field of urban renewal. The group was established in 2013 by the entrepreneur Tamir Porat, who has over 25 years of experience in various senior positions in the financial market. Porat served, among other roles, as the CEO of “Entropy Economic Research Services” and “Entropy Finance” and previously for a decade as the CEO of Investment Management, VP of Investments and Development, and Chairman of Funds at the “Clal Finances” group. Additionally, Tamir serves as a mentor and lecturer in the field of finance and real estate. Tamir has a bachelor’s and master’s degree with honors from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (B.A., M.B.A.). He also completed LL.B. and LL.M. degrees with a specialization in real estate at the Ono Academic College. Tamir’s considerable economic-financial experience, paired with his numerous successes in the field of real estate, creates a significant advantage for investors and clients, both in the managerial and financial aspects. This is reflected in the economic stability, calculated management, as well as efficient and quick execution of the group’s projects. Currently, Porat Group operates in 8 cities: Petah Tikva, Ra’anana, Herzliya, Ramat Gan, Tel Aviv, Ashdod, Holon and Jerusalem aiming to expand further.

In its early years, the group primarily focused on NOP 38/1 projects - thickening and retrofitting. In recent years however, the group began to expand its project portfolio to the NOP 38/2 routes – demolition, construction, and evacuation. Each project chosen by the group is accompanied by professionalism and humanity, from signing the tenants through planning, licensing, supervision of the execution and culminating in their entry into their new homes. The group’s support is available over the years. The group’s team provides full and professional support to the project residents at every step, considering them as partners to the journey, working together with reliability and great transparency to create a better future for them.
Prominent Projects
Urban renewal project, 6-10 HaHagana St., at the heart of Ashdod – The old three 4-floors buildings, with 72 old apartments (covering about 66 square meters), will be replaced by an innovative new residential complex will be constructed. The complex will include 288 carefully and modernly planned new apartments in four 14-floors towers on top of a commercial floor with public areas; two low rise structures, which will combine urban aesthetics with pedestrian access and a pleasant public area; and three underground levels with storage and parking solutions.
Nof - Neve Oz North - Ganim, Petah Tikva - 6 buildings, 3 NOP 38/1 projects in the prestigious Neve Oz neighborhood in the north of Petah Tikva - 3 buildings at Degel Reuven 60-62-64 St. - Addition of 36 new apartments to the 48 existing apartments. Completed and populated.
51 Kaplan - Addition of 12 new apartments to the 16 existing apartment. Completed and populated. Two buildings in 47 Kaplan - Addition of 23 new apartments to the 32 existing apartments. Completed and populated.
Nofei Geula Ra’anana – 10 Geula, Ra’anana - A designed building with 6 floors including spacious 3-room apartments as well as 2 spectacular penthouse apartments. Completed and populated.
16 Herzog, Ra’anana - A 6-story boutique building that includes a diverse mix of apartments as well as a prestigious lobby, elevators, and private parking spaces - an addition of 8 large apartments to the existing 9 apartments. Completed and populated.
60-64 Ben Yehuda, Herzliya - An exclusive 7-story residential building showcasing meticulous architecture and rich technical specifications of leading brands - addition of 15 new apartments to the 24 existing apartments in Young Herzliya neighborhood. Under completed construction.
114 Ben Gurion, Ramat Gan - NOP 38/2 project of demolishing an old building with 9 existing apartments replacing it with a luxury building with 24 new apartments. Will be merged with 110 and 112 Ben Gurion St. Construction expected for early 2026.
Nof Lev Ha’ir Tel Aviv, 31 Hefetz Haim - 33 Balfour - NOP 38/2 project which includes the demolition of the exiting building of 21 tenants, adding 42 new apartments in a new, 10- floors modern building. Construction is pending.
4 Shpinoza, Petah Tikva - NOP 38/2 project as part of this initiative, the company plans to construct a modern building comprising 28 apartments, with 19 of them being newly built. The apartment mix will be diverse, encompassing 4 and 5-room apartments, along with a mini-penthouse and a penthouse apartment. Construction is pending.
50 Kitroni, Petah Tikva - NOP 38/2 Project As part of this project, the company plans to build a modern 10-story building, comprising a total of 18 housing units. The diverse mix will include garden apartments and duplex apartments. Construction is pending.
Salant - Hefetz Haim, Petah Tikva - NOP 38/2 project Within its scope, the company is set to construct a luxury building comprising 72 housing units, including 48 new apartments. The apartment mix will encompass garden apartments, 4 and 5-room apartments, mini-penthouses, and penthouses. Construction is pending.
51 Nachalat Zvi, Petah Tikva - NOP 38/2 project which will include the construction of a modern building with 18 apartments, 12 of them are new apartments. Construction is pending.
1 Shapira, Petah Tikva – NOP 38/2 project which includes the demolition of an existing residential building and the construction of a new 9.5-story residential building above a ground floor for residential use, as well as 3 basement levels. Upon completion, the project will include of 36 residential units, of which 24 are new apartments. Committee is pending.
54 Shapira, Petah Tikva – NOP 38/2 project which includes the demolition of an existing residential building and the construction of a new 9.5-story building above a ground-floor residential level, along with 2 basement levels. Upon completion, the project will include 27 residential units, of which 18 are new apartments. Committee is pending.
21 Yeremiahu, Tel Aviv - NOP 38/2 As part of this project, the company plans to demolish an existing old building with 5 apartments and two shops. In its place, a luxury building will be constructed, featuring 11 new apartments and two shops.
Zamenhof–King George, Tel Aviv – NOP 38/1 project including interior demolition of an old building and the addition of 2.5 floors, featuring boutique apartments in the heart of Tel Aviv within a new, modern 6-story building. Construction is pending.
