Selected Projects
Neve Ya’akov 28/32 Complex: The advanced project, which has received a building permit, is located in Jerusalem’s northernmost Jewish Residential neighborhood and will undergo acerated renewal over the next few years, due to the railway that will pass in it and connect it to the city center. The company is building about 530 new housing units in the complex, which will replace 111 older housing units.
Armon HaNatziv Complex: This neighborhood, which is located at the southeast of Jerusalem on Mt. Etzel’s southern slopes, has about 15,000 inhabitants of a mixed population, responsible community development and resident initiatives. Approximately 2,000 new housing units will be built in the complex.
Bar Kochva Complex: The French Hill neighborhood, which is characterized by a population from a mid-high socioeconomic segment, benefits from exclusive proximity to the Hebrew University Har HaTzofim Campus. 1,200 new housing units with rich specifications are planned to be constructed.
92 Agripas: This unique project, which is also in advanced stages and has an approved zoning plan, is in the heart of Jerusalem, just a few minutes’ walk from the Mahane Yehuda Market, at the corner of Agripas and Shaarei Tzedek street. The project’s exceptional location and the charm of the surrounding area make it highly desirable among exclusive populations. The project includes the construction of approximately 70 new residential units and commercial spaces.
Miriam HaHashmonait / 8 Gdalyahu: Another project in advanced stages and after an approved urban plan and towards receiving a building permit is in the prestigious Baka neighborhood, located in southern Jerusalem. The Baka neighborhood was established at the beginning of the last century and is characterized by buildings with many elements for preservation. The neighborhood is one of the most prestigious and sought-after neighborhoods in the city due to the educational institutions and its population. 2 new buildings will be built in the complex, which will replace 2 old buildings, in addition to a building for preservation that will be renovated from the ground up.

60 Herzl: The project, which was completed, is located on the light rail route around Kiryat Moshe and Bet HaKerem. The tenants recently received their new apartments.
14 Faran + 3-5 Sheshet HaYamim: These projects are in the process of being completed, are in the Ramat Eshkol neighborhood, known as a quiet and well-kept neighborhood. The neighborhood is sought after mainly by overseas residents, and by the Anglo-Saxons in particular. The construction is immersed in rich greenery and offers many well-invested public spaces. The projects include 48 existing housing units, and 27 new housing units will be added, which will be built to the highest quality.
126 Ma’alot Dafna: A project currently under construction is in a high-quality neighborhood close to the Ramat Eshkol neighborhood and is in demand among hundreds of families. The project is characterized by a restrained style, and is surrounded by green public spaces, and 18 new housing units will be built in it.
26 HaHida: The project in the Beit Vegan neighborhood will add 5 new housing units to the building. The quiet neighborhood, located in a central location, overlooks all of Jerusalem. The neighborhood is characterized by low-rise construction, immersed in greenery and rich in space.
