Construction of more than 4,000 Residential Units
Yanuv has 1,200 apartments under various planning stages. Over its years of operation, the company has built more than 4,000 residential units in the Sharon and Central regions, mainly in the cities of Ra’anana, Kfar Saba, Hod HaSharon, Herzliya, and Even Yehuda. The company’s reputation has made it a brand and one of the Sharon Region’s most prominent companies. Over the years, Yanuv handled residential, commercial, and office towers construction, and currently focuses primarily on combination transaction and urban renewal – pinui-binui complexes, NOP 38, and demolition and reconstruction.
Beauty and Functionality alongside Flexibility and Optimal Adaptability for Customers
Yanuv promotes a residential perception that combines the individual, the home, and the environment through the incorporation of green solutions from early planning stages, while utilizing the resources, using advanced materials, and as many recycling technics as possible. All of which guarantee a proper, healthy, and cost-effective living experience. The company’s design perception unites beauty and functionality on the one hand as well as flexibility and optimal adaptability for customers on the other.
Leading in Urban Renewal as well
The company invests great resources in promoting urban renewal projects and does so alongside the best professionals in the industry. Yanuv boasts extensive experience in leading urban renewal projects and vast familiarity with the Sharon Region’s municipalities and its various committees. Yanus is meticulously transparent with its tenants, from initial contract stages and onward throughout the construction process. As part of its service package, the company assists tenants with locating alternative housing solutions for the construction period, its financing, and the transport, and supports elder residents who are accompanied by its team in a humane and devoted manner.
One Address Throughout the Process
Each of Yanuv’s projects is characterized by meticulous planning with an emphasis on construction and finishing quality. As part of its overall perspective, the company is the one place to turn to, devoted and responsible, throughout the entire process. Thus, it accompanies them from acquisition through to delivery and inspection period.
From Demolished Buildings to Exhibition Halls
In recent years, Yanuv has established several art exhibits in buildings destined for demolition. In these exhibits, many local graffiti and street artists took part and used the walls as an artistic space. These pop-up museums have been open to the public, drew visitors of all ages and locations, and got amazing responses and success. The idea behind this project stems from the company’s desire to provide a platform for artists as well as to expose and make innovative art accessible to the general public, while creating new content in the city.
Yanuv for the Community
As part of its world view, Yanuv is involved in the Sharon community and invests resources in order to promote projects to the benefit of the community. In this framework, the company has executed a large-scale renovation of the Children’s ER in Meir Hospital, has renovated the “Hen Club” in Hod HaSharon for the benefit of mentally ill individuals, and has renovated “Moadonchik” in Hod HaSharon for children whose parents have cancer.
