Ashli Construction Company Ltd. and Li-Ran Initiation and Investments Ltd.

The Ashli-Li-Ran Group is a cooperation between Ashli CC Ltd. (owned by Asher Alon), and Li-Ran I&I Ltd. (owned by the Roni Brik). The group was one of the first to recognize the development of the urban renewal segment, and initiated projects in the channels of Pinui-Binui and Tama 38/2 (demolition and reconstruction). The Group is considered a trailblazing pioneer of this segment, which built and populated the first Pinui-Binui projects in Tel Aviv and Ra’anana. The Group combines initiation and execution and is currently promoting urban renewal projects with around 3,000 apartments in high-demand areas.

Personal Relationship with the Customers

The Group is one of the longstanding groups in the segment and has field experience with hundreds of satisfied landowners who received their new apartments. The secret of success stems, among others, from the fact that Ashli and Li-Ran are family-owned companies where the owners and the second-generation are involved in all of the processes from the start of the project, up to the delivery of the key to the customers and even afterward.

Innovative Construction

The Group has a construction company with a classification of C5, that specializes in implementing innovative construction methods such as using healthier and energy-saving construction materials and green elements. In addition, the company’s accumulated experience in working vis-à-vis planning authorities, the cities of Gush Dan and the Sharon Region, in combination with the expertise of its professional team, enables it to minimize bureaucracy and construction times.

The Group’s Executive Team

Asher Alon: Co-CEO of the Group, founder and owner of Ashli CC Ltd., an experienced and well-reputed real estate initiation, marketing and sales company, which was founded in 1992. The company developed, built and marketed hundreds of apartments and commercial buildings in the Sharon Region.
Roni Brik: Co-CEO of the Group, former president of the Israel Builders Association, founder and owner of Li-Ran I&I Ltd., a real estate initiation, PM and execution company that he founded in 1990. The company has extensive and diverse experience, it initiated and built dozens of residential projects amounting to hundreds of high-density construction apartments and detached houses in Gush Dan and Sharon.

ME TLV, Tel Aviv’s First Pinui-Binui Project

The Group built the first Pinui-Binui project that was carried out in Tel Aviv, in the renewing neighborhood of Neveh Sharet. The project included the construction of 270 apartments in three 21-story towers, in place of 96 apartments in six buildings. Obtaining the residents signatures started in 2008 During the project the Group outlined new mechanisms for executing the Pinui-Binui process which later became a standard, such as full transparency with the residents, evicting and repopulating the residents and many more processes.
ME Weizmann - Ra’anana’s First Pinui-Binui Project
The first Pinui-Binui project was executed in Ra’anana, where 4 buildings with 154 apartments were built in place of four buildings with 48 apartments. The project was populated in 2021.

ME Maccabi/Levy Eshkol

A project where 21 landowners were evicted and 68 new apartments were built in two 7-story boutique buildings at the center of Ra’anana, populated in 2020.

The Group is a very significant player in the urban renewal segment with projects that are populated, under construction and in planning, in the Pinui-Binui and Tama 38/2 channels:

ME Borochov Kinneret, Ra’anana

A unique 3-stages project, Pinui-Binui, Binui-Pinui and asset-swap, where 173 apartments in 6 boutique buildings would be built at the heart of one of Ra’anana’s most prestigious neighborhoods. Stages A and B was populated, and stage C is under construction.

ME HaSavoraim, Neveh Avivim, Tel Aviv

A boutique complex in which 3 buildings and a total of 42 units will be evicted and 107 units will be built in their place. Phase A of the project received a permit and commenced. Phase B - a building permit was received and construction will begin soon.

ME HaTsanhanim, Tel Aviv

A boutique complex where 24 apartments would be evicted and 80 apartments and about 500 sq.m. of commercial areas would be built in a 10-story boutique building with a diverse mix of apartments. The zoning plan is validated, and the project is in the permits stage.

ME Kikar Noga, Givatayim

A Pinui-Binui complex at the center of Givatayim. In the framework of the project a mix-use residential complex is planned, with the eviction of about 230 existing apartments and the reconstruction of about 620 new apartments and commerce and office spaces in 3 luxury towers. The complex includes a planned access to the metro station, the options of developing education institutes and kindergartens, open green areas, bicycle trails and more.

ME Lev Neveh Sharet, Tel Aviv

A Pinui-Binui complex at the heart of the renewing Neveh Sharet, a mix-use project which currently includes existing apartments and a commer-cial center that will be evicted, and the reconstruction of a new retail center, about 210 new apartments, public gardens and public institutes.

ME Ben Gurion, Hod HaSharon

A cooperation between several companies for initiating and executing a Pinui-Binui project that includes 4 buildings in this high-demand area of Hod HaSharon, with the eviction of 48 apartments and the reconstruction of 144 new apartments.

ME Ramatayim/Magdiel, Hod HaSharon

A Pinui Binui complex at the heart of Hod HaSharon, demolition and reconstruction of about 2,500 sq.m. of commercial areas and approximately 4,000 sq.m. of office and public spaces, together with Pinui Binui of the 88 existing apartments above the center and the construction of about 370 apart-ments, developing public gardens and access to the planned metro station.

ME HaChail, Ra’anana

A Pinui Binui, demolishing 48 housing units in 2 buildings and constructing 144 housing units in 2 new buildings with green spaces and open public areas.
ME Mivtza Yonatan, Kfar Saba
A Pinui Binui complex at the heart of Kfar Saba, demolishing 114 housing units in 6 buildings and constructing about 385 housing units in 4 new buildings with green spaces and open public areas.
