The Ashli-Li-Ran Group is active in real estate initiation and construction, including large-scale residential and mixed-use complexes. The group comprises of the companies Ashli CC Ltd. (owned by Asher Alon, and Li-Ran I&I Ltd. (owned by the Roni Brik). It has been focusing on urban renewal, Pinui-Binui Zoning Plans, and Tama 38/2 (demolition and reconstruction) clusters, for more than a decade, and is considered to be a trailblazing pioneer of this segment. The group combines initiation and execution and is currently promoting around 3,000 apartments with an estimated value of billions of NIS.
The Group’s Executive Team
Asher Alon: Co-CEO of the Group, founder and owner of Ashli CC Ltd., an experienced and well-reputed real estate initiation, marketing and sales company, which he founded in 1992. The company developed, built and marketed hundreds of apartments in Ra’anana and Tel Aviv, and commercial projects such as the “Millennium House” project in Ra’anana.
Roni Brik: Co-CEO of the Group, founder and owner of Li-Ran I&I Ltd., a real estate initiation, PM and execution company which he founded in 1990. The company has extensive and diverse experience, it initiated and built dozens of residential projects amounting to hundreds of high-density construction apartments and detached houses in the areas of Gush Dan and the Sharon.
ME Tel Aviv, Neveh Sharet, Tel Aviv’s first Pinui-Binui Project
The first Complex-based Pinui-Binui project in Tel Aviv, which included the eviction of 96 old apartments and the construction of about 270 apartments in their place, in three 21-story towers, with surrounding green spaces. The group is considered to be a trailblazer also in Ra’anana, and it executed the city’s first Pinui-Binui project, and currently building a first-of-its-kind Pinui Binui project in this city.
Extensive Projects in High-Demand Areas
ME-branded projects: The Group is considered to be a very significant player in the urban renewal segment with numerous Pinui-Binui and Tama 38/2 projects:
Ra’anana: ME Weizmann: Pinui-Binui,48 evicted apartments and the reconstruction of 4 buildings with 154 apartments. 80% of the apartments are already sold, population pending for the end of 2020.
ME Borochov Kinneret: Pinui-Binui where 6 boutique buildings with 173 apartments will be built (in 3-building with 2 stages). Stage A has commenced.
ME 6 Maccabi: Tama 38/2, 9 evicted apartments and the reconstruction of a boutique building with 35 apartments have been sold and populated during 2019.
ME 20 Levy Eshkol: Tama 38/2 12 evicted apartments were evicted and the reconstruction of a 33-apartments building. 90% sold, population pending for the end of 2020.
ME, Givatayim: A Pinui-Binui mega-complex in HaZikaron Park, where four mixed-use luxury towers with 650-700 apartments and commerce areas would be built after the eviction of about 210 old apartments. The complex, which plan was deposited in the local committee, would also include commercial centers, playgrounds, green areas, bike trails and more.
Tel Aviv: ME HaSavora’im, Neveh Avivim: A boutique project, 42 apartments would be evicted and 110 apartments would be built, near Ramat Aviv Mall.
Me Wolfson Park, The White City: The company is promoting a zoning plan for the construction of about 800 apartments, 600 of which are expected to be built by the company.
ME Hod HaSharon: In the framework of this Pinui-Binui Project the company, in cooperation with the Meidan Group, is building two 9-story luxury buildings. According to the plan, 48 old apartments would be evicted and 142 new apartments would be built.
ME Commercial Center, Neveh Sharet: Promoting the plan for rebuilding Neveh Sharet’s main commercial center, including the eviction of existing stores and 70 old apartments above them, and the construction of about 7,000 sq.m. of commerce spaces, development of public parks and institutes and a residential complex with about 204 apartments. The plans are pending permits.
ME HaTsanhanim: A boutique complex where 24 apartments would be evicted and about 80 apartments would be built in two 10-story boutique buildings with a variety of special apartments.
