Owners

Eyal Handler, Chairman of Cnaan - Has a B.A. in Economics and Accounting, B.A in Law and an M.B.A. from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Eyal served for 14 years as a partner in “Deloitte”, and also served as the CEO of a publicly traded promotion and construction company. He has more than 15 years of experience in the fields of construction and entrepreneurship for residence. He served as a director in several business entities.
Meir Tal, CEO of Cnaan - Has over 25 years of experience in real estate initiation, planning, marketing and execution management. Meir served as the marketing and development manager of large private companies in the real estate industry. In 2005 Meir served as VP, Marketing and Development of the Faire Fund of Shoval-Grofman Real Estate. Meir is founded the real estate division of the Israeli Construction Center. He established urban renewal complexes in high-demand areas.
Niv Rom, CEO of Cnaan Urban Renewal Ltd. - Has a B.A., Business Administration and International Trade. He served as the marketing and sales manager of the Israel Construction Center’s Real Estate Group. He organized and produced the Israel Construction Center’s national apartment expos and managed the Center’s marketing function. He founded Cnaan with his partners, and specializes in identifying business opportunities in the field of urban renewal.
