Migdalei Itay Group is a group that combines real estate development with execution and has built hundreds of housing units throughout the country. The company was established in 2009 and began as a construction company (a contracting company for the execution of land, construction, and engineering works) and focused on projects in the south of the country involving saturated construction in Netivot. Over the years the company has grown and expanded to the central region as well, including Ra’anana, Herzliya, Hadera, Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Bat Yam, Rehovot, and beyond, and today is engaged in both development and execution - a combination that has granted the company a great advantage in the construction industry. ART TIME, Herzliya - Spectacular NOP 38/1 project located at 31 Hasharon Street, Herzliya. In this particular project, great emphasis was placed on design and aesthetics, and the group coordinated it together with the international artist Zvika Horesh while developing residences that combine culture and artistic values.
46 Maccabi - HaGalil, Ra’anana - NOP 38/1 boutique project that spreads across 2 quiet and extremely private streets - Maccabi 45 and HaGalil 46. In this project, there are 4 and 5-room apartments and spectacular and luxurious penthouses and it is characterized by meticulous design.
