About Meshulami Buildings Ltd.

Meshulami Buildings Ltd. is an entrepreneurial and contracting company specializing in combination transactions and urban renewal projects. Over the past year the company has been growing thanks to its standards, construction methods and comprehensive solutions it provides its customers with. The company was established in 2003 by Ron Meshulami, a Civil Engineering honors graduate from the Technion with an M.A. in Business Management, specializing in financing, from Bar Ilan University. Entrepreneurship, Planning and Construction Under One Roof

Meshulami Buildings specializes in combination transactions, and all aspects of Urban Renewal– financial, planning, and regulatory issues. The company has been initiating unique work methods which were developed with a leading team of engineers and architects alongside experienced construction and fields crews. The company offers all entrepreneurial, planning, engineering and execution processes under one roof, thereby providing its customers with the finest solutions. This also enables the company to successfully manage one of the construction field’s and urban renewal field’s weakest links: the permit stage. Due to its advanced planning methods, cooperation between its various in-house departments and its professional liaisons with the committees and municipalities, Meshulami manages to shorten the long procedures of obtaining permits, and as a result, of the entire project.
In addition, the company uses a unique construction method called Top Down, in which the construction is performed both downwards and upwards in tandem. The method, which is part of the preliminary planning process, is enabled due to combining the company’s planning and initiation skills, and guarantees top-notch quality in construction, while shortening the construction ‘s duration by months. Recently, the company joined Ramat Gan’s urban renewal management’s recommended entrepreneurs’ list.
