Yam Suf real estate is the initiation arm in the field of residential building of the Red Sea Group, Papouchado Group. Today, the residential real estate division in Israel focuses on promoting urban renewal projects. The company has extensive experience in promoting complex master plans and submitting permits efficiently and quickly. The group is carrying out Pinui-Binui projects, some of which are already populated, some under construction and some are pending permits and planning.
The group, which was established in the mid-70s by Mr. Eli Papouchado operates in the fields of initiation, construction, maintenance and management of real-estate properties and operations, with a wide international footprint and with an emphasis on Israel, the US and Europe. The group has a strong financial stability and a reputation thanks to them, it enjoys financing for projects by some of the largest institutional bodies in Israel and around the world. The group’s companies operate in the field of hotels in Europe under two international brands: Park Plaza and Art’otel, and enjoy information and rich contracting experience of decades in the group’s areas of activity, that include engineering complexed projects, with flexibility and the ability to identify business opportunities in target markets. Activities in this area include hotel ownership, hotel operation, leasing and franchising with the main activity being in England, Netherlands and Germany. At the same time, the group’s companies operate in the field of data centers, which include the establishment and operation of data centers in Israel, Europe and the U.S.

Projects Under Construction

Ramat Gan, Highline 1 & Highline 2 Towers - Evacuation and reconstruction project, located at the desired Ramat Gan’s Elite Junction, bordering with Tel Aviv, in the corner of Arlozorov and HaMatmid streets. The group was chosen by the residents of the complex to execute the project. As part of the project, 89 housing units were evacuated, and 285 housing units were built instead, in two 30-story towers. Construction and population of the first tower with 163 residential units has been completed, and the construction of the second tower with 122 residential units is in progress Execution by Ashtrom.
Ramat Gan, Aba Hillel Street, Highline 3 Tower - An evacuation and construction project in the sought-after Abba Hillel Street in Ramat Gan. The project includes the evacuation of 33 residential units, and the construction of a 22-floor residential tower, with 100 units. The project is on the verge of receiving a building permit and will be carried out by Ashtrom.

Chosen Advanced Planning Projects

HaBosem Complex, Tel Aviv - An evacuation and construction project in HaBosem street and Biranit in Tel Aviv. 130 residential units will be evacuated, and a new residential neighborhood will be constructed facing the park, in which 466 residential units are planned in 5 buildings.
Herzliya Connect Project - An evacuation and construction project in the Shikun Darom complex in Young Herzelyia, near Tzamarot project. As part of the project, 226 residential units will be evacuated, and 660 residential units will be built, along-side commercial space and green areas. The project is in cooperation with Levinstein Group.
Ramat Gan, Jabotinsky street, Highline 4 project - An evacuation and construction project in Abba Hillel Street in Ramat Gan. An urban renewal complex, which the company won in an initiators’ tender, which included the leading companies in the field. The project includes approx. 160 residential units in two towers, including commerce, offices, and public areas.

Rehovot, Hatzerot HaMoshava Neighborhood - The project is located at the perfect location in the center of Rehovot, near Sheshet HaYamim and HaYam roads.
This private residential neighborhood every family dreams of, with access to main transportation routes and rich environmental development.
Tel Aviv, Neve Tzedek Tower - A 34-story residential tower Neve Tzedek neighborhood with 264 housing units (on the first 10 floors double loft apartments). The luxurious tower has a rich spec including an upscale lobby, a gym and a pool on the 9th floor. The project was completed and populated in 2007. In cooperation with Nehoshtan Inc.
Herzliya, Marina - Two 12-story towers on the beach of Herzliya, above a commercial center, with 167 housing units. The project was completed and populated in 2003. The project was executed in cooperation with Shikun&Binui.
