About Barely Levitzky Kassif Architects Ltd.
Bareli Levitzky Kassif” (BLK), founded in 1979, is one of Israel’s most prominent architectural, and urban design firms. BLK operates through several “brands” of architectural strongholds. BLK was founded by partners Uri Bareli, Kobi Levitzky and Moti Kassif. After its foundation, the founding partners founded “IDG” together with the architect Rani Ziss, and in recent years “D-BLK” with the addition of the architect Raphael de la Fontin as a partner.
The firm continues the tradition of design excellence of contemporary, innovative, multidisciplinary architectural planning using the most advanced tools of BIM, parametric design and AI. BLK core values are expressed throughout the course of the planning phases. Starting from the conception phase (in a form of ‘design studio‘ explorations ) design development, through the construction documentation phases to completion. The firm adheres to design excellence in all stages; from conceptual planning, licensing the detailed planning, providing an envelope of services compass artistic and visionary outlook together with technical professionalism. Over the years, the firm operated outside the borders of the State of Israel with a wide range of projects in the United States, Europe and Japan.
The office takes pride in successful collaborations with prominent architecture and engineering offices around the world. Most notably is the collaboration with Pritzker prize winner architect Richard Meier and I M Pei, Martha Schwartz of the US, and presently with WSP on projects “vertical city” featuring a 110- floor tower in Ramat Gan.
We bring to our customers and collaborators international standards in the field of design, construction know-how and detailing, accompanied with a deep understanding of the required statutory processes and the complex execution process of the project. A close relationship with customers is our core value and is the hallmark of our activity.
