About Barre-Levie Architects & Urban Planners

Throughout the past four decades, Barre Levie Architects and Urban Planners has made its name as one of the leading architecture firms in Israel, thanks to countless private, public and commercial projects, as well as a long list of groundbreaking building ventures. Though the firm relies on experience and rich architectural heritage, it is continually pursuing new ideas in design innovation – an approach demonstrated by the engagement of AI technology teams in the planning process, state-of-the-art planning & drafting tools, and an inspired creative department to name a few. But the solid foundation of the firm remains its human resource, a team of over 100 dedicated employees divided into three main departments: the urban and regional planning departments and the architectural planning department with its workforce of 70 architects, suited professionally and numerically for tackling a multitude of ongoing projects, maintaining unique design standards and tendering to the specific requirements of each client. Barre Levie believes first and foremost in connecting people and creating fruitful encounters based on trust, respect, open dialogue, and mutual support alongside a beneficial work environment. This practice has produced a professional network of contractors, entrepreneurs, planning authorities including the Israel Lands Authority (REMI) and, naturally, close relationships with most municipalities and regional districts throughout the country. The office’s portfolio spans the entire breadth of urban and rural Israel, with office towers, tech-campuses, residential complexes, public buildings, educational and logistics hubs and extensive urban development plans. In addition, the firm has provided several outstanding architectural plans for the country’s prevalent urban renewal schemes, including mixed-use programs and design solutions that cope with the challenges of an ever-changing cityscape. In a big office with an eye for small details, Barre Levie Architects and Town Planners insists that every project receive complete attention – from initial programming, through coordination with building teams and planning authorities, to the final stages of the execution phase. Barre Levie’s architectural planning will continually strive to maximize investor yields, planning rights, environmental considerations and more.
