Moshe Tzur founded Moshe Tzur Architects and Town Planners in 1978 and continues to personally lead the firm’s architectural work today, together with partners and a team of over 100. The firm is committed to smart, high-quality planning that maximizes development potential and enhances the public realm. Its distinctive design language, innovative use of materials, and attention to detail have earned widespread recognition and dozens of awards in Israel and abroad — including 12 from the CTBUH. With offices in Tel Aviv and Haifa, the firm has completed over 1,000 projects, with a growing emphasis on towers, mega-projects, and urban renewal.

Approach and Unique Methodologies

The firm has developed a methodology to achieve the best value and most effective design within any given budget and timeline (“Best Use of Money”), through close collaboration with clients. Each project is a custom-designed work of art tailored to the client’s needs.

Selected Projects

Offices and Commercial – Azrieli Sarona Tower (with Arch. David Azrieli), now an icon of Tel Aviv and named Best Tall Building Worldwide in the Façade Engineering category by CTBUH in 2019; the “Midtown” and “Azrieli Town” complexes, emerging as new icons along the Ayalon Highway; ONE Tower in Ramat Gan’s Diamond Exchange District; Amot Atrium Tower, Israel’s first to receive LEED Platinum certification; and Ramon International Airport in Timna (with Mann-Shinar).
Luxury Residences in Tel Aviv – Arlozorov 17, Assuta Bauhaus Village, Remez 6, and Be’eri-Naharde’a. High-Tech Campuses – WIX in Tel Aviv, Mobileye in Jerusalem, Amdocs in Ra’anana, and Keshev-Bank Leumi in Lod.
Urban Renewal and Residential Neighborhoods– In recent years, the firm has been leading numerous large-scale urban renewal and residential neighborhood developments across Israel.

International Activity

The firm’s work spans multiple countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. Currently, construction is nearing completion on a 55-story high-rise on 11th Avenue in Manhattan, New York.
