The Rayk Group is one of Israel’s leading real estate developers. The group currently promotes over 10,000 residential units at various stages of planning and construction. The group, which has been operating for over 25 years, is one of the first companies to start operating in urban renewal and has built its third NOP 38 project in the city of Tel Aviv. The Group specializes in planning and building residential projects in strategic sought-after locations throughout the country as well as in real estate development, yielding real estate, land betterment, and more. The group is Co-Owned by Yossi Rayk, its CEO, a third generation to a contractor family and the Aspen Group, which is traded on TASE and maintains thriving yielding real estate and hotels operations in Israel and Europe. The company holds urban redevelopment complexes throughout the country: Jerusalem, Haifa, Nesher, Tirat Carmel, Yehud, Bat Yam, Holon, and many urban renewal projects in Tel Aviv. Upon Aspen Group’s entrance, it has also started operating in the field of classic construction, with no less than 14 planned projects all over the country.

The group holds an extremely high financial firmness, which enables it to deal with every project in any financial measure. The group’s work is performed with full transparency regarding the assets’ owners - starting from the initiation and up to the completion of the projects. Eventually, the group puts a strong focus on paying personal attention to the assets’ owners through all phases of the projects while insisting on meeting deadlines and uncompromisable standards.

Nationwide Projects

The group conducts many diverse projects in the Urban Renewal field, such as evacuation and reconstruction, NOP 38 projects, which are currently in different phases of planning and construction in central Tel-Aviv and more cities, including Ramat Gan, Petah-Tikva, Holon, Bat Yam, Jerusalem, Haifa, Tirat HaCarmel, etc. At the same time, it is promoting several new projects in Ramat Gan, Kiryat Ono, Rishon LeZion, Ashdod, and more. The group is responsible and takes care of every aspect of the projects, such as planning, engineering related, legal, operational, implementation related and social aspects as well. All that, while putting a strong focus on the tenants’ welfare. The result of the projects ensures the tenants financial enhancement of their assets by dozens of percents.

Yossi Rayk and Aspen Group, The Group’s Owner

Yossi Rayk had started his real estate activity back in 2000. In 2007 he started developing the urban renewal field, and nowadays he manages a group which deals with dozens of projects in different phases of planning, construction, and execution. Over the years, Yossi has founded and purchased many operational income-producing assets. Yossi commenced his business and management professional career while functioning as the CEO of “Mul-Hayam Mall” in Eilat and was the CEO of Ariel Group, which managed 8 shopping malls throughout the country. Aspen Group, which has been traded on TASE since 1992, holds thriving activities of yielding real estate and hotels on both Europe and Israel, with revenues of about NIS 5.5 billion.
