For three generations The Rayk Group Ltd. constructs and develops Israel in Tel-Aviv, Dan area, Jerusalem, and northern Israel. Yossi Rayk, a 3rd generation to a family of contractors, stands today at the top of the group, that since 2009 has put a goal to become a phenomenon in real estate field regarding initiating urban renewal in general, and evacuation & reconstruction and luxurious NOP 38 projects particularly. Rayk specializes in constructing urban renewal projects from the initiation phase, development, until finished execution. The company is classified in measures and classifications of the top leading urban renewal field companies in Israel. It currently holds about 6,000 residential units in development and execution phases, mostly in Tel-Aviv, Jerusalem, Tirat HaCarmel and Haifa. Yossi Rayk, The Group’s Owner
Yossi Rayk had started his real estate activity back in 1998. In 2008 he started developing the urban renewal field, and nowadays he manages a group which deals with dozens of projects in different phases of planning, construction, and execution. Over the years, Yossi has founded and purchased many operational income-producing assets, including 4 hotels in Amsterdam, a chain of private medical centers consisted of many branches and numerous management companies. Yossi commenced his business and management professional career while functioning as the CEO of “Mul-Hayam Mall” in Eilat. In 2000 he founded “C-Vision” which has become “CT”- a revolutionary company in digital advertising. Simultaneously, he was the CEO of “Ariel Assets Malls” which was responsible managing 8 malls throughout the country.
