Our passion is your success
Timor Scwhartz provides its clients with a full escort throughout the whole process when the heart always goes together with the head. The processes of urban renewal bind a high involvement and understanding of the needs and interests of all interested parties, whether it is a common challenge to come to an understanding from the entrepreneur’s side with all tenants, or if it is about adjusting planning so that it will answer the tenants’ needs.
In terms of urban renewal, the architectural planning of the office articulates in practice the constructive and financial aspects, and provides a response to authorities’ and tenants’ demands, while placing the architect as a key player in the process.
“We are the glue that pastes between the municipality, the entrepreneur and the residents. We are weighing all these aspects and arrange the variables to one equation and one creation”, explains Ronny Timor, co-manager in the office.
Timor Schwartz acts according to the motto “our passion is your success”, that folds within itself a unique professional and social perception.
Urban Renewal
The essence of urban renewal is creating optimal living environments, while being meticulous about a connection to existing surroundings and preserving the urban fabric. This is a planning challenge that requires envisioning different ingredients in foresight and ensuring they will integrate in the current process. Following the effects of the corona virus, for example, in Timor Schwartz they are precise in planning common, green and open areas in every building that will allow the residents to meet and strengthen community ties and to encourage social interactions. “Our passion is to understand the multidimensional dynamics everywhere”, notes Ronny Timor, and adds “everyone has a story about his home and his workplace. The array of stories is the one that constitutes the basis of thought, planning and creation”. The desire to know everyone’s story distinguish Timor Schwartz and they believe it is the correct way to plan a building where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
Ronny Timor, Amir Schwartz, Architects and Owners
