About Camtek

Camtek (CAMT) is a leading developer and manufacturer of high-end optical inspection and metrology systems for the semiconductor industry. Advanced AI chips are built by stacking and connecting many dies in one package, and Camtek’s systems perform metrology and optical inspection on every layer.
Founded in 1987 in Migdal HaEmek, in northern Israel, Camtek has been a public company since 2000 and trades on Nasdaq and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. In 2023 it added a second engineering and manufacturing center in Germany by acquiring FRT, and in 2026 it brought in AI expertise by acquiring Visual Layer.
Today more than 300 customers, among them the world’s largest chipmakers, packaging houses and foundries, run over 4000 Camtek systems. Local teams in Asia, Europe and the US install,  support them close to the customer.

See Every Bump. Measure Every Layer.

About 80% of Camtek’s revenue comes from advanced packaging, and roughly 60-70%% from chips for high-performance computing and AI. The same platforms also serve HBM memory, image sensors, photonics, power devices, MEMS and RF. Every system runs on a modular, software-based architecture.
AI inside. With Camtek AI Inside, artificial intelligence is built into the heart of Camtek’s inspection and metrology systems, turning the visual data from every wafer into faster, smarter decisions, as part of the company’s growing investment in AI across its products and teams.

Trusted by the Chip Industry’s Leaders

• 300+ customers and 4,000+ systems installed

• Gold Mark of the Standards Institution of Israel for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001

• SEMI member since 2009

Great People. Global Growth.

Camtek’s success starts with its people, and developing them is part of how we lead the industry.
From our headquarters in Israel to our teams in Asia, Europe and the US, over 750 employees share one culture of excellence, ownership and mutual support.
Lean, independent teams are trusted to make decisions close to the customer, and every team member gets the same opportunities to learn, lead and grow. In 2026, more than 150 people joined us worldwide, over 60 of them in Israel.

Always learning. Employees logged more than 12,000 training hours in 2025. A new learning platform lets everyone build a personal learning path, and 98 employees joined two AI tracks: AI-assisted software development and the AI Ambassadors program.

Taking care of our people. Camtek subsidizes supplementary health insurance for employees and their families, runs wellbeing activities and invests in career development.

Giving back. Volunteering is part of Camtek’s DNA. Our employees give their time to the communities around us, from packing holiday food baskets for elderly residents of Migdal HaEmek to running an enrichment program at ORT Rogozin that brings the next generation in the north closer to high tech.

Growing responsibly. Between 2022 and 2025 Camtek cut its greenhouse gas emissions by about 12% and its emissions per dollar of revenue by about 44%, while revenue grew. It has published an ESG report every year since 2022.
