PwC Israel is a member firm of the Global PwC Network. The Global Network includes firms in 150 countries worldwide, with over 370,000 partners and employees. In 2025, the Firm marked its one hundred years of activity and has become a leading player in the market. The Firm has 80 partners and over 1,400 professional employees, including accountants, economists, lawyers, cyber professionals, and more, operating out of four offices - in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, and Be’er Sheva.

In the internal division of the Global Network, PwC Israel is included in the US Sub-Cluster. This affiliation with the Sub-Cluster is one of the Firm’s unique characteristics. Under this concept, the teams collaborate with their counterparts abroad. About a third of the Israel-based partners have spent several years working in PwC Firms worldwide, gaining extensive experience with leading global companies, primarily in the US, including large technology companies and international contacts. This combination affords the Firm deep familiarity, broad daily involvement in the Israeli economy, a global perspective, and extensive work experience with advanced tools and various methodologies. Three US partners are permanently stationed in Israel as part of the local audit and tax group.

Organizational Services

The Firm operates in three main service areas: Audit, Taxes, and Consulting.

Audit Services – PwC Israel invests significant resources in developing and implementing technological tools for managing thorough audits. The audit services are tailored to the type of client, its nature, and its field of activity and are based on the use of a uniform audit methodology at the highest standards practiced by all PwC Firms worldwide.
Audit teams adapt their working methods to each client’s audit environment, ensuring quality and efficiency. If necessary, multinational audit teams are deployed, integrating audit teams from various PwC Firms worldwide.
PwC Israel’s audit teams have extensive experience handling complex accounting issues as part of many projects the Firm has carried out for leading companies in Israel and abroad.
Audit teams apply an advanced audit approach supported by innovative technological tools. These tools allow teams to allocate time previously dedicated to technical audit tasks to focus on more complex issues – those with higher inherent risk – where judgment is required regarding cross-organizational business processes. As a result, the audit provides clients with greater confidence in financial information and deeper insights into areas exposed to increased risk.
PwC Israel’s professional department is the most senior in Israel, with many years of experience in supporting both the Firm’s audit clients and audit clients of other firms. The professional department provides ongoing accounting advice (including the adoption of US GAAP, IFRS, and Israeli standards) and regularly distributes accounting updates to the Firm’s clients.

Taxes – PwC Israel’s tax division is considered a leader in Israel, serving a wide range of clients who are not the Firm’s audit clients. In the ever-changing Israeli tax environment, with its many reforms, and against the backdrop of changes in the global economic landscape, PwC Israel’s tax group stands out in its efforts and successes in anticipating changes and transformations in the Israeli tax system and providing clients with far-sighted and visionary services; all this to meet complex and unique needs. Over time, many international tax experts have joined the tax group, coming from the US and advising on US and international taxation.
The services provided by PwC Israel’s tax group also include corporate taxation, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, indirect taxes, real estate taxation, personal taxation for foreign and Israeli residents, and access to the computerized processing service of the Israel Tax Authority (“Sha’am”).

Consulting – PwC Israel’s consulting division provides clients with solutions to their problems, with an added value. These solutions are offered by the best professionals, using advanced technologies, yielding results for clients that make a real difference in their organizations. The consulting division offers a wide range of services to leading entities in the Israeli economy, such as economic consulting, valuations, due diligence, transaction support, risk management, and more.
