The Y.D. Barazani Group is a tenured family company, operating in the real estate industry since 1991. Led by Bar Dayan and Yossi Barazani, second generation Israeli builders, the group operates in three main areas: residential construction, infrastructure and development and commercial and yielding properties, with successfully completed projects across the country. The Group’s vision is simple and clear: high standards of construction, uncompromising quality, and above all, commitment to the people living in its properties.

The Group is a financially strong company with substantial capital, enabling it to independently fund and manage its projects safely and responsibly.
The Group operates a construction arm with the highest contractor classification (C5) and leads dozens of developments – including thousands of urban renewal and evacuation-and-construction apartments. But beyond its financial strength and execution capabilities, the Group believes that personal relationships, transparency, and collaboration with the tenants are the cornerstones of every successful project.

To date, the Group has built and populated hundreds of residential units and specializes in a wide range of residential construction: new neighborhoods, boutique buildings, evacuation-and-construction, price-capped projects, and expanding communities. In each project we maintain meticulous planning, execution, and adaptation to the needs of the residents and the surrounding community. Currently, Y.D. Barazani is building and marketing more than 2,200 residential units and is in the process of securing the permits for additional developments, expected to total around 4,000 residential units once approved. Alongside sold units, the company also maintains yielding residential properties, such as the “Lev Mevaseret” project which includes 224 units for rent.

Infrastructure and Development: Construction on a National Level

Y.D. Barazani is a prominent player in Israel’s infrastructure sector, carrying out projects worth hundreds of millions of shekels annually. The Group specializes in complex civil engineering works: roads, bridges, interchanges, tunnels, railroads, and light rail systems. Clients include public and private entities, such asIsrael Highways, Ayalon Highways, Israel Railways, the Ministry of Housing, Moriah, and various local municipalities. The total value of the Group’s infrastructure work amounts to approximately NIS 1.5 billion.

Commercial, Office, and Yielding Properties

The group develops, constructs, and retains yielding properties nationwide for offices, commercial, and employment use,. Many of the buildings developed by the Group remain in its portfolio and are leased to private and public tenants, as part of a long-term investment strategy.

Urban Renewal – a Commitment That Begin in the Field

Y.D. Barazani Group is actively engaged in urban renewal projects across cities such as Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Mevaseret Zion, Eilat, Nof HaGalil, and more. It promotes about 7,900 residential units in evacuation-and-construction and urban renewal projects – some completed, some under construction, and others in planning or marketing stages. The projected turnover from this activity alone is pproximately NIS 11.4 billion. In Jerusalem, the Group is leading dozens of projects grounded in the belief that urban renewal is not just a real estate opportunity – it’s a social mission: enhancing quality of life, revitalizing urban space, and creating avenues for social and economic advancement.
