Cohen Felix Construction and Development Ltd. was founded in 1973 by the contractor, developer and businessman Cohen Felix. A.S.N.M. Nadlan Nadlan Ltd. is a leading real estate development and investments group that was founded by the businesspersons Shay Mugraby and Erez Nir who have more than 15 years of experience in leading and organizing purchasing groups and real estate development, and were included in 2019 in the 40under40 list – the most promising young persons in the real estate and urban renewal field. The company has proves professional knowledge and experience in leading the development and marketing of projects of hundreds of apartments.
